Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place. Surrounded by a beautiful garden large terrace & two balconnies. First floor: Large living / dining room and fully equiped kitchen & toilet wash room. Second floor: Toilet and large Bathroom. 3 double bedrooms, two of which also have single day beds and access to balcony, ideal for familes. The third bedroom is slightly smaller with the double bed that can convert to a day Sofa if needed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

My little Mountain Apartment on the Plateau

I leave at your disposal my apartment which I renovated myself in “mountain chalet” style. The view is just magical (Through the windows: Dent de Crolles, Rocher du Midi and through the skylights: Belledonne and Mont Blanc). It is located in a residence with parking (where the Prevol paragliding school is also located) just above the paragliding takeoff runway at the arrival of the funicular (1000m altitude). The surrounding activities are numerous and varied (climbing, hiking, biking, etc.)

Le centre du village est à 7 min à pied et vous offre tous les commerces nécessaires à votre séjour, pas besoin de voiture! Pour les skieurs, le centre nordique et les navettes gratuites pour le ski alpin sont à 4 minutes! La résidence est très calme ainsi que la maison, malgré la mitoyenneté!

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Welcome to Chalet des Sources, perched on the village of Plateau-des-Petites-Roches in the heart of the Chartreuse. In the middle of the village, less than 5 minutes walk from the 3 paragliding takeoff, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor and physiotherapist. Covered carport (very convenient for snow. Dining on the village, and small ski resort, walks and snowshoeing or walking from the chalet.

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) with its ski cellar at the slopes. Skis on foot in winter and from beautiful hikes! The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!). *** IMPORTANT: 01/01 check-in only from 5:30 pm ***

Nice studio for 4 people, Ideally 2 adults and 2 children, completely renovated in 2023, at the foot of the slopes and perfectly located in the Edelweiss 2 building, in the center of the 7 Laux Prapoutel resort in front of the ski school for the winter and at the start of many hikes for the summer. The studio is 25 minutes from Crolles ST for business travelers. Convenient with its ski locker and plenty of storage. Free parking nearby.

It is located in the center of the small hamlet of Saint Même d'En Haut, in a quiet environment, conducive to relaxation and nature activities (mountain biking, hiking, trail running, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing...). We have furnished this house to spend good times with family or friends because it is also one of our favorite vacation spots.
