Monthly Rentals in Platia Koliatsou, Athina

The place was clean, the host in really proactive and responsive whenever there is a problem. Check in and check out was flexible which we highly appreciate. The apartment is brand new and was super clean. The location is in a typical Athens neighbourhood, not centric but easy to get by with public transit. I would say the only “downside” was the hot water in the shower, you need to start the heater 30min before your shower and you can’t take a long shower because you quickly run out of hot water. For us this wasn’t a dealbreaker at all . Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the host was amazing. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sotiria’s apartment. The place is well equipped and ready to be lived in straight away. That we didn’t have to go and buy soaps, and cleaning supplies etc. made our arrival easy. There even were some veggies in the fridge when we arrived. We really appreciated that. Sotiria is responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back in the future!

Quiet and safe place. The apartment has everything need for living. Very clean condition and warm decoration.
