Condo holiday rentals in Platja de Gandia

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Estancia en el alojamiento excelente y en primera línea de playa, tal y como está descrito. El trato de la anfitriona implecable y el alojamiento es estupuendo. Sin duda repetiríamos más veces.

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung für 8 Leute. Wenn 2 Leute auf der Couch schlafen wollen, könnten auch kurzzeitig 10 dort üernachten. 2 Toiletten und Badezimmer. Grill und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Dazu die exzellente Lage: Meerblick, aber es sind weniger als 5 Minuten von Wohnungstür bis zum Meer, und das auch nur, weil der Strand so groß ist. Die 12 Etage ermöglicht einen Traumhaften Blick, wir sind meistens die Treppen gelaufen, war kein Problem. Dazu Gandi: Perfekt gepflegter Strand, überall Restaurants mit angemessenen Preisen, die Altstadt ist ebenfalls schön und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ausreichend (Auto ist dennoch für längere Strecken empfehlenswert).

Una estancia muy agradable. Todo muy limpio y estaba muy bien equipado. La anfitriona y su hijo muy amables y pendientes de todo. Cerca de la playa a 10 min andando y zona muy tranquila. La urbanización de 10 con todo cuidado. Es un sitio que repetiria sin dudar.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

Nos ha gustado mucho la comodidad y accesibilidad, las vistas al mar y el acceso directo a la playa. El apartamento es muy cómodo, con una terraza bastante amplia. Ampliamos por una noche más, ya que estuvimos muy a gusto. El anfitrión ha estado muy pendiente durante la estancia, además, nos ofreció instrucciones muy claras para la llegada.

La casa es perfecta para dos adultos y una niña. Todo limpio , ordenado y muy cuidado. La terraza es increíble. La piscina está muy bien. la playa a diez minutos andando y tres minutos en coche. En resumen todo genial.

Tusen takk Clotilde for et flott opphold og din store gjestfrihet. Vi ankom noe seint og ble møtt med en stor fruktkurv. Leiligheten var perfekt, og inneholder alt du trenger for en vellykket ferie. Terrassen med den vakre utsikten er helt nydelig og er hyggelig sted å drikke morgenkaffen sin. Rett nedenfor leiligheten er det en fin strandpromenade som tar deg inn til byen. Altea har mange gode restauranter og gamlebyen er riktig så sjarmerende. Siste dagen hadde vi en sein retur med fly til Norge og fikk da låne leiligheten gratis noen timer ekstra. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Clotildes koselige leilighet.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Помешкання ідеально підходить для тихого відпочинку, надзвичайно затишно! Прекрасний вид на море відкривається з балкону, де ви можете снідати та насолоджуватися краєвидом! Пляж одразу біля будинку, дуже чистий та піщаний. Дякую господарю за чистоту та гостинність!

Fantastic apartment with an amazing social lounge/kitchen. Within walking distance of the port and arenal. The apartment has everything you need and more. Kenny was super helpful and when we had an issue and Kenny responded to my message in minutes and fixed the issue straight away. We will definitely be going back next year .

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Wonderful appartment, with everything you need right at your fingertips. Private, peaceful, and cosy. The pools were a big advantage, and the view, just amazing. Alfredo has helped finding the right places to enjoy Moraira. Would have loved staying a bit longer. Thanks Alfredo, see you next time!

El alojamiento perfecto para desconectar con la familia. La casa es tal cual se muestra en el anuncio, y las piscinas son espectaculares, para no salir en todo el día! Eso si, se necesita el coche para todo, pero tanto la playa como los comercios de interés están a 10 min. Repetiríamos sin duda!

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

Hemos pasado unos dias geniales. El apartamento es muy cómodo y completo, tiene de todo lo necesario, menaje, aparatos, etc, además limpio y la decoración es ideal. La piscina del complejo es muy grande, con 2 toboganes, tanto mi hija como nosotros lo pasamos genial, el chiringuito es grande y varias mesas. Para ir a la playa hay que caminar unos 5 mtos pero es un paseo agradable. Sonia es muy amable, tuvimos buena comunicación y nos facilitó todo mucho, es muy buena anfitriona, nos tenia preparada una cesta con productos para desayunar. Sin duda repetiremos.
