Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Platja de Gandia

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We had a great time with the family in Javea! We were super well received upon arrival, the accommodation was nice, even more beautiful than in photos! We had everything at our disposal and the house was very well equipped (kitchen utensils, BBQ, appliances and products, the three toilets of the house, the outdoor fridge, etc.) We spent a lot of time outdoors, charming and well-designed terrace! Special mention to the very nice pool which is also very refreshing! Despite the a priori suburban location, we were quiet for the duration of the stay. We would highly recommend and will be sure to come back! Don't forget the mosquito repellent, there's a lot!

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

Wow what a beautiful home, to fall in love with! Everything has been thought of, we felt wonderfully at home. It is almost a shame to leave the house and explore the area. Contact with Loraine is quick and easy. We would have liked to stay a few days longer!

The stay was great. Spacious house with plenty of rooms. A nice pool next to a shaded porch and right next to a barbecue with all the necessary tools for roasting or cooking with a stove outside. It is located on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful corner surrounded by nature, from the porch you have spectacular views. Play area on the upper floor with ping-pong and armchairs. For the price you can't ask for more. It is 15 km from Denia, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the mountain during the day and go out to dinner and have a drink in Denia where the leisure offer is very extensive. We have been 10 out of 10.
