Close to many amenities that include numerous Bars, Restaraunts, a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, and regular bus route to Dénia that operates 12 months of the year.

Nice apartment in Dénia. Newly renovated, brand new bathroom. It's very bright and on the first floor. It has two community pools, one of them spectacular, with two slides and a beach bar, it has free parking and garden areas. It is very close to the beach, about 300m or so. In the area you can find everything, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and there is a bus at the entrance of the development.

Charming newly renovated studio, with a lot of love. The accommodation has garage, terrace, swimming pool and is located at km5 of Las Marinas road, 2 minutes walk from the beach. In addition, taking a short 10-minutes walk along the beach you will find a very cool beach bar where there is live music on certain days and the sunsets are incredible.

Everything as shown! If you want peace, quiet and relaxation with nice kitchen, grill and nice restaurants within 20 to 40 min, this is a GREAT place. The views are beautiful 24/7 & responsive host. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

“My little house” with charm on the beachfront

Hello. Great apartment. Parking is sometimes a bit difficult. When in doubt, choose a smaller car. But that's basically the case in Spain. But not bad. Great beach and great sea! Bus runs right outside the door. This makes it easy to get to Denia and back home. Eduard was always eager to find solutions. We will be happy to come back.... Thanks!
