Welcome to Casa Del Pinar, located in a secure and quiet residential area and in walking distance (+/- 200m) from a natural beach. On the ground floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with storage room, dining and living room and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. At the back there is a laundry room. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace. A bedroom with two bunk beds and a double room. These two rooms share an additional bathroom.

La casa está a escasos 30 metros de una de las mejores playas naturales, delante de ella pasa la carretera que conecta Alcudia con Pollensa. Drei herrliche Sandbuchten sind in ca. 300 m fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle sind wunderschön und für Kinder gut geeignet. Cala Mandias Strand hat die blaue Flagge für besonders gute Wasserqualität erhalten. Auch gelangt man zu den zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants des gepflegten Ortes bequem zu Fuß.

In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.
