This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.

The beach is located about 500 meters away (12 minutes walk). In the village of Alcúdia there are two weekly markets: Tuesday and Sunday.
