Enjoy our luxury villa by the sea. The house has been totally renovated and this is the first time we rent it out. Now, you have the opportunity of being one of the first guest to stay in our charming place with private garden. The house is located in Cala Estancia, from one of the longest sandy beaches of the island, to the restaurants, bars and pubs of Arenal or Can Pastilla. It is only a 5 minutes walk to Puro, the famous beach club. Our house is also surrounded by different nautical clubs!

Catina and her husband were amazing. We communicated everything, the apartment and our room were perfectly clean. The apartment is located in a busy place near the main promenade and due to the night temperatures and the absence of air conditioning (there was a fan), sleeping was more difficult, but you don't go to Mallorca to sleep. Anyway, it's right by the beach. Which we greatly appreciated. Thanks and we highly recommend. 🩷

It's a clean accommodation near the airport. We stayed 3 nights on our short stay. Most of them only sleep there due to the convenient location near the airport. We had an early morning flight, we arrived at the airport comfortably on foot, it is about 3km on an easy route. Juan is nice and caring, even though the accommodation is shared, we didn't meet the others there much. It's great that it's a short walk from the beach (about 5 minutes on foot) and Juan also has beach mats and a parasol for rent. There is a supermarket, restaurant and bike rental in the neighborhood. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen. I'd love to come back, thank you.

Every morning, we left and came home in the evening. The hotel was quiet. No one bothered us. On the other hand, the brunch was exactly the same every day, without any variation. It quickly becomes repetitive, especially for a multi-day stay. There was also no variety of fruit, which is a bit of a shame. Other than that, everything went well. The setting is pleasant, apart from the "Ballermann" atmosphere I do not like us but it is part of the S 'Arrenal area.
