This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

Wonderful ground floor of a one-bedroom apartment with a double bunk bed (140cm), sofa bed, kitchen and private parking in the complex, in one of the quietest areas of Peñiscola. The apartment is 4 kilometers from downtown Peñiscola and just a 10-minute walk from beautiful coves and the Sierra de Irta. A two-minute walk away is the Club-U, which has a restaurant, large outdoor pool, heated pool, paddle tennis courts, and year-round events.
