It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

I welcome my guests to my 8-square residential tower in the middle of the most beautiful nature. Here you will find peace and relaxation. You can start a canoe tour directly in Dabelow, and bike tours or long hikes are also possible. Layout of the octagonal residential tower: Ground floor: Entrance area with passage to the garden, bedroom with single bed, separate bathroom incl. shower. 2nd floor: Living area with sofa, open kitchen with dining area. 2nd floor: double bed and tub bath and balcony into the countryside.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.
