Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Private suite just minutes from Gateway Mall, dining, and shopping. Relax in the oversized bedroom or stretch out on the large sectional in the family room. The kitchenette includes everything you need, plus a coffee bar and in-unit washer/dryer. Indoors, enjoy the PAC-Man arcade and a variety of board and card games. Outdoors, unwind in the hot tub or add firepit wood and a s’mores kit upon request. Please note there is a $5 charge for each additional guest above 4 (6 max) is required.

Eternity Place

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.
