This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.
