Beachfront holiday rental in Platteville

Our family enjoyed our 3 day stay. It was a great cabin with just what we wanted for an “in the woods” get away. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for something like this in the area. No light pollution for star gazing. Deer in the creek grabbing a drink.

We love Pilgrim Heights and try to stay here a few times a year. It’s like gated “camping” but the best part is you can stay in a real bed with a door that locks! I never worry about our safety and anything we have needed they have helped us with! I love that they constantly improve upon it too. We adore it here and will always be back!

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

Our stay was perfect! Alisa was an accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Her place is exactly what is pictured and is as described. My kids loved her DVD collection and we had a great time playing games — we were indoors mostly since the weather wasn’t cooperating for fishing. We felt completely comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! You can't beat the country feel driving out to Wall Lake and the view from the house is stunning. The house was appointed with thoughtful and welcoming touches like a snack basket, bottle of local honey from right up the street, treat for our dog, and personalized welcome sign on the door! Though the decor may be outdated in style, it had a homey feel and everything was perfectly clean. The bathroom is updated, spacious, and the shower is amazing! Overall, the house had everything you could need. I enjoyed afternoons in the sunroom reading a book while my husband caught many fish off the dock. Hoping we can make it back here again! Highly recommend!

My stay was better than perfect! Julia’s home is absolutely lovely, and she is a terrific host!

We had so much fun staying here! Loved that we could walk to the water park, Bracco’s, and the Waterfront. Is also only a couple minute drive to shopping, Arnold’s amusement park, and other restaurants/bars. Condo was very roomy and was super cute!! Beds are extremely comfortable! We loved that we could sit out on the deck at night and hear the bands that would play across the lake. Highly recommend this condo and has been one of the best that we have stayed at throughout the years!

Highly recommend. Grands loved feeding the fish, catch and release fishing, bonfire, and making s’mores.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was gorgeous, and the layout was incredibly creative. It reminded me of an oceanside house with a lighthouse setting. We stayed here because we had guests visiting from out of town who stayed at our apartment and we needed a place to sleep. Even though it was in my hometown, this place felt like a true getaway. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home and hope to return here in the future. We had a hard time saying goodbye to this beautiful home!

Beautiful home with every amenity provided. Right on the lake with private pier. Grounds beautifully maintained. Home very well decorated. Fully appointed kitchen making it easy to cook every meal. Owner extremely responsive and extended check out time a few hours plus kept us informed pro-actively when burn ban lifted. AWESOME fire pit by the water… Local restaurants convenient, friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely consider again for friend get together or family reunion. Highly recommend.
