Remarkable, immaculately designed and kept luxury villa. A little bit off the beaten path. Nearest airport being Liberia (LIR), 2 hrs away and you’ll need a 4x4 to get there. Having said that, this place is absolutely a hidden gem you won’t want to leave in a hurry. Note: it is a remarkably large property and we could easily have fit another family of 5 (alongside us) and not seen each other for days. Hosts were always responsive and communicative and made our stay memorable and easy.

Pictures do not do justice for this place. It’s a quite new and modern place. The living area is very clean. Bed is comfortable. There is also an open air kitchen area on the second floor and it’s quite comfortable to chill during day and night. We loved the dog Diva’s company. He is such a sweetheart. He waited at the gate for us to arrive, then after checking in, he showed us the town and different restaurants, and protected us during our night walk. In the morning he joined my husband for the beach walk. He was such a great local guide! The beach is one of the many great ones we have visited. It’s fit for snorkeling that we have heard. There’s a cool restaurant at the beach where you will enjoy the very good Italian dishes.

Giselle was such a wonderful host! She was always there if we needed anything, and her place is magnificent! She gave me some helpful composting tips as well! Ha ha, freeze your compost! We took Yoga together, she is such a joy and sweet woman with a rental unit that was perfectly described, and exactly like the photos! We slept like angels and had a wonderful stay. Marbella had the best restaurants around with the friendliest community and people! Thanks so much

Staying at Rancho De Linda was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the lush Costa Rican jungle on the beach, it offers the perfect blend of natural charm to fully immerse yourself in the local ecosystem. The property is surrounded by vibrant wildlife — from colorful frogs, friendly iguanas, beautiful butterfly’s, hermit crabs and chirping birds. The views are breathtaking and the sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing — making it a true ecological retreat. Douglas and Irena were delightful hosts. We enjoyed visits from their sweet pup Bambi and loved the availability of the housekeeper. The place is very clean and well taken care of. We loved our Yoga class Irena taught under the palapa and enjoyed the delicious cooking of two local chefs. We drove into Tamarindo for the day and visited the Diamanté Eco Adventure Park for a thrilling zip line.
