Welcome to our newly refurbished holiday home which has been made perfect for family and friends to enjoy the stunning Costa Teguise costal area of Lanzarote. Our home which comfortably sleeps 5, is just 1 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. Playa Bastian offers 3 communal swimming pools and a great tapas bar open throughout the day. The local area is full of fabulous restaurants & bars and further a field there are so many wonderful places to visit.

La terraza es ideal para disfrutar y vivir agradables momentos de relax al aire libre, mesa, sillas plegables, sillas reclinables para que tengas todo lo imprescindible a mano: tu refresco favorito, un libro, etc. Este coqueto apartamento está situado en residencial Playa Roca en Costa Teguise. El apartamento permanece libre durante 24hrs entre estancias. Con piscina comunitaria y facilidad de aparcamiento.

Beautiful apartment with sea views in one of the best touristic spots. Located 3 mins walking from Playa Bastian and its promenade, in a quiet and lovely apartment complex with swimming pool. The place is distributed on two floors plus rooftop, and has two south oriented terraces (sun all the day). There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Finding a parking spot is not a problem in the area. Unfortunately, there is no elevator nor easy access for reduced-mobility people.
