Upper level: huge lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 king bedroom ensuite, 1 twin bedroom. Lower level: 2 ensuite king bedrooms, a 3rd twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge, part kitchen. Exterior upper level has a veranda with dining and seating area, a further Canarian bbq eating area and steps leading down to the large south facing sunbathing deck and pool. Roman Steps gently lead into the pool which is 8m x 3.3m with a depth from 1m to 1.4m. Heating to 28 degrees is in the price all year.

Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.

Duplex Faycan B centrally located in Playa Blanca

Centrally located Duplex consisting of: - On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.50x2.00, a dressing room and a bathroom. The room has a small balcony to look out but not to sit on. - On the ground floor: a living room with an equipped kitchen and microwave, a toilet and an interior patio with a room for a washing machine and clothesline. Additional services include fiber with Wi-Fi router and SmartTV. No smoking allowed. Not suitable for children and infants.

Villa with a private pool, located in a quiet and central development in Playa Blanca. The house has one floor, a large garden ideal for enjoying the pool and organizing barbecues. With two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and all utensils. The pool is heated, the temperature will be set at 22 degrees and if you want to raise the temperature to 26 degrees, the service will have an extra cost.
