Villa Estefania

The beautiful and elegantly-furnished Villa Estefania is located on an absolutely quiet 1,200m² property. It is only 400m (1/4 mi) away from the sea of which you have a marvellous view from the pool area where you can see as far as Fuerteventura. The pool is solar-heated all year. Additionally, there is an electric pool heater for the winter that heats it to up to 28°C. The pool also has a counter-current system and is (like the rest of the property) private for our guests only.

Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown.
