It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room where up to 12 people can stay comfortably. The house is very spacious, has a terrace on the top floor and a spacious patio for children with a charcoal grill and a view of the entire beach. There is private parking, a smart TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. There is parking inside the enclosure for 3 cars.

You will love my place because of the wonderful view over the bay of Valparaíso and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old Cerro Alegre house,totally renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

The house is self-sustainable, rustic and simple, the great attraction is its privileged location and imposing view. Sunsets like starry nights are a sight to starry nights.

Our house was designed to experience the feeling of flying over the ocean, just a 5-minute walk from Reñaca beach, all the rooms have spectacular views of the sea and Valparaiso bay. Spacious and open common areas distributed on 3 different levels, which makes the experience inside the house very unique. The decor is designer, reflecting the love of plants and treasures. Access is via a 3-story staircase, but it's worth the effort!

El lugar consta de 2 casas pareadas que comparten solamente el estacionamiento y la entrada principal en el portón. Todo lo demás es privado, además cuenta con un patio interior privado. El estacionamiento es solamente para 1 vehículo al interior de la propiedad. Si anda con otro vehículo extra tendrá que quedar estacionado por fuera de la propiedad en calle principal o coordinar con anfitriona en caso de haber espacio.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
