Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

Beautiful ocean views from every room including from the kitchen, spacious terraces(27m2) filled with flowers with stylish furnishings includes dining table. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room. Large closets and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area, great for families with kids 3 large swimming pools 3 for children and tennis court. Parking. 5 minutes from the beach and good and varied restaurants. In very good condition and careful decor.

Outdoor: • On the façade to the beach, lots of traffic and people day and… night. In the back a hotel crowded by young people. • Great views. • Spacious terrace. • The terrace has a pile with a faucet that is not practical for what it splashes. • The PVC locksmith, especially the shutters, does not fit perfectly but they are a good acoustic insulator. • The perfect pool in terms of cleanliness, temperature and low occupancy. Indoor: • Spacious and with lots of light. • Indoor bathrooms and with natural light by skylight that surprises. • Well equipped kitchen, American refrigerator and many small appliances. • Prefect air conditioner. • Large car garage space Cleaning: Clean in general although a couple of details have lowered the note, considering the cost of cleaning is 150€. (with pet but amount I have never paid) • Shower head and toilet interior with dirt. (I have photos) SUMMARY: Caro but recommended.

We went for a last minute break with some friends and it came up to and exceeded expectations. The first time using the shuttle bus from the airport which dropped us off outside the apartment. Instructions were easy to follow to gain access, apartment was spotlessly clean, with all facilities and amenities. Balcony had clear view of the beach and sea.

The location was perfect and the apartment views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed although the bath mat in the bath needed replacing and the shower doors on both showers were not properly attached. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. My only concerns were there seemed to be personal items left in drawers ie clothes in the wardrobe and some hair rollers with hair attached in the bedside cabinet. I run a Gite on AirBnb so I know I might be more particular than other guests but we paid quite a lot of money for this trip as it was for my 60th birthday so I was slightly disappointed.

Great place, confortable and spacious, great balcony. Hosts are great and the location is perfect! Amazing to have long evening dinners looking at the sea on the amazing balcony. Great amenities near by: butcher, fish store, pharmacy and a pharmacy basically next door! Mojacar is beautiful.
