Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa de La Concha

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

AMAZING stay at María's absolutely stunning home. No one wanted to leave and the Spaniards in our group were already plotting their return. (We would all return in a heartbeat but most of us live in Chicago.) As others have noted, it is even more beautiful than the photos and so incredibly peaceful. Additionally, María is an outstanding host, going above and beyond for us. She was flexible on our arrival time when it took us longer to get there than expected. She gave great recommendations and even delivered a second crib at 11PM. Thank you, María!

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Beautiful, spacious house in the most stunning location. The balcony is wonderful - lots of space and comfortable seating plus table with great view of the mountains. Short drive to Potes for restaurants and bars.

We just got back from spending 3 wonderful days in this fantastic accommodation that looks like it's out of a fairy tale! The first thing to highlight is Ana's close and affectionate treatment. The truth is that from minute 1 she was attentive to everything we could need to make us feel at home! And what about his house... decorated with exquisite taste, in a very quiet town that invites you to disconnect, it makes you live a magnificent experience that you will not forget! We were traveling with a 1-month-old baby and everything was easy, they took care of leaving us a crib ready, bathtub... Also note the location of the village, ideal for visiting many places of interest in Cantabria, as it is just a few minutes from cities such as Santander! Definitely a 10!! I wish I could go back again!

Very beautiful location and house!

We had a good two night stay in Grace’s house. Grace was friendly, charming and helpful. We enjoyed our trip to Santander on the local ferry service (thank you Grace for the suggestion!). The house was very clean, we appreciated the parking space within the courtyard and we would stay again.

Small apartment with a lot of charm, We thank Adelia and her husband for the welcome, we had trouble finding them, we called them and they moved very late. Despite the language barrier we were able to communicate properly. We also thank them for the information on restaurant outings and other events. we had a wonderful weekend . thank you .

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luis' house. The house looks beautiful and is very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! We were welcomed by Ana who explained everything to us and by a delicious bottle of wine. Luis is a good host and the house is very clean and tidy. The beach is within walking distance and the area is very beautiful. If we come on holiday in the area again, we would love to come back!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Laura's apartment. It is well located, only 5 minutes walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped if you want to do self catering (which we didn't), clean and spacious, and the terrace is a real bonus, being south facing and private, with views of the sea and mountains. Communication with Laura was easy, and she was very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a break in Santander.

The stay was fantastic and Maria was charming at all times. We spent a few days super comfortable in your accommodation. If we had to say something to improve, it would be the quality of the mattress and pillow in the master bedroom. In any case, we 100% recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much Maria

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was impeccable and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt at home, honestly. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go out of the city. There are several parking lots around, but we usually found parking in the blue zone easily and practically nearby, so the experience of going by car was excellent too. The only thing I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Me and my dad had the best time at Maria’s. The apartment was so clean and well presented - everything you could possibly need was there from cotton pads to blankets! We would recommend this place to anyone! We had great wine and tapas in local restaurants. We especially loved dos Calles for their tortilla and wine! Thank you Maria and co for your hospitality you made these few days so amazing. We definitely will be back!!!!! Holly x

Amazing apartment in one of the prettiest cities in Spain! Checking in was super easy with Luis and the space had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good

The stay was most pleasant starting with Pilar, pending at all times. The house is very well located, in a quiet area and with everything you could need, in addition to being impeccable. We would come back and recommend it without any hesitation.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

Very cozy apartment, bright and amazing views, you wake up to the noise of the river. The village has a lot of charm and the surroundings are spectacular. We loved everything. The apartment perfectly corresponds to the photos and everything is super clean and equipped. Raúl and Belén's attention magnificent. Totally recommended. We'll try to come back
