Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

Great place, confortable and spacious, great balcony. Hosts are great and the location is perfect! Amazing to have long evening dinners looking at the sea on the amazing balcony. Great amenities near by: butcher, fish store, pharmacy and a pharmacy basically next door! Mojacar is beautiful.
