Aunque conserva la estructura y distribución de la vivienda original, la hemos renovado y dotado de todas las comodidades posibles, para convertirla en un amplio, apacible e inmejorable lugar para descansar o trabajar, disfrutar de la playa y los atractivos de la zona en cualquier momento del año. No es un piso, ni un apartamento, es una casa.

There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
