This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. In addition, you are only an 8-minute walk to the Tejita Center with restaurants and a supermarket.

Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of the Red Mountain of La Tejita. The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. Our charming, newly renovated, canarian house is situated just off the main street in the town of Alcala. Alcala began it's life as a traditional fishing village . While still retaining much of that charm it has grown into a pleasant seaside town, with very few tourists and well away from the madness of some other towns.
