Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de la Zenia

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement face à la plage. L'emplacement est parfait, avec une vue magnifique! L'appartement est très beau, moderne et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. De plus, l'hôte était vraiment accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade près de la mer !

I stayed at Dorin’s apartment for a week. Everything was just as it should be. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the beach and all services are nearby. It is very well equipped, including beach chairs. Everything went smoothly, and Dorin was flexible with both the late arrival and early departure. I would gladly come again.

Logement bien équipé, fidèle à la description. Les produits managers de base disponible sont un plus. Suffisamment de serviettes, oreillers supplémentaires, torchons de cuisines. Equipement de cuisine assez complet. Quartier calme, immeuble aussi. Accès à pied à la plage.

Lola. Es un encanto. Te ayuda en todo, me encanto la flexibilidad. El alojamiento es antiguo pero ese estilo me gusta. si es verdad que necesita un poco de retoques . La terraza es genial. Se esta de lujo . Gracias. Espero volver hacer otra visita.

Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. Kata's home is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need - from gorgeous beach towels and sun shades, to cling film and tupperware for picnics. The balcony, terrace and pool were icing on a very delicious cake, as was the welcome bottle of wine and water! Lots of restaurants nearby, but shout out to Heal.thy in Torrevieja. The chef comes from a Michelin-starred restaurant so you get amazing flavours without Michelin prices. We have to say a special thank you to co-host Eve, who picked us up from the airport and arranged for another lovely lady to take us back. She was so helpful with any queries we had and messaging her was more like chatting to a good friend! We'll definitely be back (and stay longer next time!).

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We all loved the villa. It was fabulously clean, had everything we all needed, the outside space was brilliant, the beds were super comfy, lots of towels, can't fault it! Thank you 😊 Excellent property!

Very good value Airbnb. Quality furnishings, logical layout, comfortable beds, a nice balcony, useful washer, good hand vacuum to take care of the sand from the beach nearby. 2 big blocks to supermarket, 1 small block to pharmacy, 2 blocks to good beach and restaurants. We barely used our car.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

loved the apartment it was so quiet and peaceful. it was located to all amenities. The apartment was lovely at felt at home, the outdoor terrace was great to sit out, enjoy the sun and eat your meals

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

Dit is een heerlijk licht en modern appartement met handige indeling en een fijn terras aan de straatkant. Bedden zijn comfortabel, er zijn twee badkamers en er is voldoende kledingkastruimte. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage. Rafal en Irina zijn geweldige verhuurders. Prettige communicatie en het in- en uitchecken verliep zeer soepel. Aanbevolen.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

Aldara ha sido una anfitriona excelente. El apartamento es cómodo, estaba impecable y con todo detalle, nevera con agua y zumo, baño con jabones, todo muy cuidado. La zona tranquila de fácil acceso. Muy recomendable
