Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa de Punta Umbría

Antonio was the perfect host right from the point of booking. He was communicative and helpful, providing lots of information about the house, the local area and check in process. When we arrived he was already at the property and gave us a quick tour-it was immediately apparently that the house was absolutely pristine and all the little details had been thought about so carefully-I cannot fault it. We were absolutely delighted and had an incredible week away. Antonio was on hand to answer any questions and we couldn’t have asked for more, I highly recommended this host and this properly.

We enjoyed a very relaxing and easy 7 days at Marie's house. The place is stunning, even more so than the pictures, and the effort that has gone into maintaining it is evident. Marie was always responsive when we had any questions either about the house or the local area, and waited to meet us after our late night flight, so we wouldn't miss the turning for the house. Getting into Tavira is super easy, the only consideration is that the driveway of the house is long and very bumpy. You don't need a 4x4 or anything, but it was a bit of a surprise the first time we got there! Would very much recommend this place and the local area. Merci, Marie!

Alojamiento perfecto en El Rompido, la ubicación es excelente, al lado de todo pero a la vez muy tranquilo. La terraza de arriba es ideal para disfrutarla en la noche, con vistas directas a la ría y la flecha del Rompido. La propietaria está pendiente y la persona que recibe y enseña la casa, un encanto. Perfecta también para jugadores de Golf, los dos campos del Rompido a diez minutos y algunos de los mejores de Portugal a menos de una hora. Para repetir.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful part of the world - lots to do and see and near amazing beaches 🥰 The villa was perfect and really was pristine - the gardens and pool wonderful and villa very spacious with lots of attention to detail 💖 Loved everything and our stay was very memorable we celebrated my retirement and our anniversary and everything was just so beautiful 🌟 Thank you for such a wonderful stay and made to feel so welcome 💫 We loved it - wish we could have stayed longer ❤️ Thank you and will return again in a heart beat x 💙

Apartamento confortável e cheio de luz localizado num 1º andar no centro de Tavira. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Estacionamento na rua gratuito. Perto de quase tudo - restaurantes, cafés, etc. Tudo se faz a pé. Local algo ruidoso a certas horas. Anfitrião sempre disponível e simpático. Gostamos!

Hele mooie en huiselijke woning met alle gemakken die je nodig hebt. Zeer stijlvol ingericht. 2 airco's wat goed uitkwam tijdens ons warme verblijf. belangrijkste ramen voorzien van horren dus geen last van muggen. Een vaatwasser ontbreekt maar die hebben wij niet gemist tijdens ons verblijf. Bedden slapen prima; harde matrassen maar daar houden wij persoonlijk van. Nina heeft ons bij aankomst rondgeleid en is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Rusige omgeving. Af en toe een treintje overdag maar daar heb je geen last van.

Nuno en Ana zijn geweldig vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheren. Het huis is voorzien van alle ( en nog meer) gemakken; echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten van het huis, de tuin en de locatie!!!

Beautiful apartment, as described plus more. Very clean, every room and all linen smelt clean and fresh! Great location and although residential parking area, we always managed to find a space in one of the surrounding roads. Gorgeous terrace with stunning views of the evening sunsets. Walkable to the town centre, local supermarkets and easy to get to the river for any walkers/runners. Will definitely return. Thank you Carmen 😊

This was a special and charming place to stay! Very spacious and centrally located with ample air conditioning. We really appreciated Ana's flexibility with letting us leave our bags early. We would definitely try to stay here again if we are in Tavira next time!

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung am Rand des Haupttreibens in Tavira. Viele sehr gute Restaurants in 10-15 Minuten prima erreichbar. Der Ort hat (trotz der aktuellen Straßenarbeiten) mit seinem Kopfsteinpflaster in den Gassen einen entspannten Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

A lovely apartment in the heart of Vrsa with its own roof terrace. Fabio's mother is a fantastic hostess, oranges and wine are waiting on the table. It is very clean, two super fresh bathrooms. The view from the roof terrace is nice over the Guadiana River and offers a lot of sun.

We hadden een heel fijne vakantie in het huis van Ana. Tavira is een heel aangename, mooie stad. De ligging van het vakantieverblijf is perfect! Dicht bij de ferry, de oude stad, de bezienswaardigheden van Tavira en de restaurants. Ook het treinstation ligt op wandelafstand. In het verblijf is werkelijk alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ana reageert steeds heel snel op een bericht en is flexibel. We reisden met de trein en arriveerden vroeger dan verwacht. Geen probleem voor Ana!

Helle und freundliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage im Zentrum ist optimal. Alles wie beschrieben. Graça ist eine grosszügige Gastgeberin.

We were kindly welcomed by Manuel. He gave is tips for beaches and restaurants in the area and even held a parking spot for us! The accommodation was new and clean and El Rompido has great views, amazing restaurant and beautiful beaches in the area. We will definitely come back for a relaxing time in the future!

O apartamento localiza-se numa urbanização tipo condomínio fechado, num bloco com a melhor vista de todo o empreendimento. No terraço/ varanda de trás encontramos tudo para desfrutar das vistas e do bom tempo, sofás e cadeirões, almofadas e 2 espreguiçadeiras. No interior, as fotografias falam por si, mas tudo é uma preciosidade, sobretudo para quem aprecia detalhes. O único senão é o facto de a piscina ter horário restrito, é pena não dar para ir de manhã. De resto, precisa de ir de carro para fazer compras, tomar refeições, ir à praia, etc. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten und blitzsauberen Appartement. Filipe war jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar und hat uns auch proaktiv kontaktiert. Das Appartement liegt sehr nahe an netten Restaurants und zum Bootsanleger an den Strand. Es waren immer freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Appartmentanlage. Die beiden zum Appartment gehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplätze haben wir nicht benötigt. Vielen Dank, Filipe, für die Möglichkeit den Check-out ein wenig nach hinten zu legen und für die vielen guten Restauranttipps. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Cabanas de Tavira und in Ihrem schönen Apartment.

We had a lovely time! What a unique stay! We loved having the pool to use on a quiet day or to refresh as we explored the area. As a family of 4 we had more than enough space. The parking is also super convenient. The host was very helpful with our questions. They also provided many local recommendations

What a pleasant surprise! Cabanas de Tavira is a lovely place . We loved the beach, specially with kids, lots of shells and very calm ocean. My girls loved the swimming pool, and the apartment is walking distance to the restaurants and shops for a night stroll. We would definitely return. One of the nights my girls wanted to watch the evening show from the hotel, a bit pricey to what it is, but apart from that everything was great!

My husband & I had never been to Portugal. We stayed in Ana's apartment for 9 nights. Everything about this apartment was absolutely perfect for us, quiet, alter safe with code entry system at main door/swimming pool and the actual apartment door is top quality heavy duty, even Ronnie Briggs wouldn't be able to get in. Electric Stutters in all rooms also made you feel safe when out and about, however as I mentioned this area of Cabanas Taveria is super safe. It was the best nights sleep we had in years as with the shutters down it's dark with no sun pollution made us sleep till 8 am on some days. The cleanliness of the apartment /layout is superior to any other AirB&B we have stayed in & we have experienced a few over the years. The pool is fabulous to relax by after doing the tourist bit. Ana is available if needed and also Ana has a great chap called Ruben that lives in Cabanas should you need anything or advice. Book it. 10 out of 10 Will be returning. Thanks Ana.

El apartamento está muchísimo mejor que lo que describe, está súper cerca de la playa, es muy amplio, camas muy cómodas, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa con todas las comodidades. Hemos viajado 3 amigas con nuestros pequeños de 4 y 5 años y puedo decir que es ideal para los pequeños, super seguro, comodo, porque tiene espacio exterior para jugar dentro de la casa. El aparcamiento dentro de residencial a pie del apartamento lo ha hecho que sea de matrícula de honor, con niños peques todo lo que sea facilidades se agradece. La anfitriona nos dejó una cesta de bienvenida maravillosa pensada en el tipo de viajeros que éramos y los niños encantados. Además ha sido super flexible en la salida, con lo que he ls podido disfrutar el día de salida en la playa hastaa tarde que hemos salido. Sin duda el año próximo volveremos a repetir en nuestra escapada de madres y yo además vendré con mi marido, pues me voy enamorada del apartamento y lo gentil de la anfitriona.

El trato con Lydia fue excepcional, muy buena comunicación. El piso estaba muy limpio, es amplio. Tiene 3 habitaciones, una con una cama de 1,05 m y las otras dos con 2 camas de 90 cms, todas ellas con ventilador y A/A que funcionan muy bien. Equipamiento muy completo, tiene de todo. Está situado en un barrio humilde a las afueras de Huelva, hay sitio para aparcar gratis muy cerca, un Lidl a 5 minutos andando y muy buen acceso a las salidas de la ciudad, Norte y Este. Mercadillo inmenso los domingos, no aparcar el sábado noche allí. Ideal para 4/5 personas que hagan excursiones diarias. Recomiendo la visita a la mina de Corta Atalaya (sólo abre a las 17:30), salida desde el Museo minero de Riotinto y la gruta de las maravillas en Aracena

Our stay in Tavira was truly unforgettable—this was easily one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The home has been thoughtfully updated while keeping the charm and character of the original house. We used four of the bedrooms, and there were several others that appeared to still be in progress, but the space we had was more than enough for our group. The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and all the utensils and cookware were just beautiful. One of our favorite memories was cooking dinner and enjoying it al fresco on the rooftop terrace, with a view of the town and the night market in the distance. The location was perfect—close enough to walk easily into town and explore, but still peaceful and quiet. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
