It has a Samsung 55" SmartTV, Samsung combi refrigerator, induction stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes iron, clothesline, etc. Less than 40 meters from the beach and promenade, you will have direct access via a pedestrian walkway. A safe, quiet environment, very well connected by public transportation, and free parking.
