the house is quite close to the beach and being a 5 rests very well pq the noises of the street do not arrive. you can walk around the beach area, which is super pretty

lovely place and great location for exploring Asturias. and the Deli/bar in walking distance makes life better!

Beautiful view of the beach and lots of tranquility to enjoy a well-deserved rest. The accommodation is taken care of and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is located in a very good and well-connected area Ana and María Luisa are exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I had a wonderful stay in Jonás's beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and couch, a great shower, fast internet and new appliances. The location is right in the heart of everything- situated in a beautiful, lively square with tons of restaurants, bars, and cafés just outside the door, the central market only steps away, and the best bakery right downstairs! It's also very close to Oviedo's gorgeous city park and an easy walk to the train and bus stations for day trips around Asturias. Jonás was a friendly and responsive host who went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. All in all, a perfect base for my month in Oviedo.
