This private villa is situated in an exclusive and peaceful residential area, the Puerto Azul estate, right next to the village of Tarajalejo, where you’ll find all kinds of amenities and the beach. The accommodation is a great base for spending the day on the beaches of Costa Calma, La Pared – best known for surfing, with schools offering lessons – or the wonderful Sotavento, with over 20 km of beach perfect for long walks and swimming, and also featuring windsurfing and kitesurfing schools.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Arena Negra is a small and cozy studio with air conditioning in Tarajalejo, a coastal town with seafaring traditions. Approximately 300 meters from one of the island's quietest and most extensive black sand beaches. Relax and unwind in our accommodation equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. It is located 50 km from Fuerteventura airport. Its central location also allows you to visit other beaches or wonderful places on the island.
