Magnífico apartamento en una de las mejores zonas turísticas de Canarias, a tan solo 100 metros de la Playa de Mogán y con las mejores vistas de puerto deportivo. Un espacio acogedor y tranquilo donde disfrutar de sus vacaciones, totalmente equipado para cubrir sus necesidades. Apartamento distribuido en dos dormitorios, baño, cocina y salón independiente. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama de 150cm y el segundo, dos camas de 90cm. En ambos dormitorios hay amplios armarios y mesitas de noche. El salón es muy cómodo y acogedor con tv y dos sofas. En el balcón hay una mesita auxiliar con dos taburetes donde poder sentarse a disfrutar de las bonitas vistas. El apartamento no es apto para menores de 8 años ni para personas con movilidad reducida ya que para acceder a él hay que subir 40 escalones. Solo está permitido fumar en la terraza, no se permiten mascotas. No se permiten realizar fiestas. La pérdida de la llave del alojamiento tiene un coste de 50€ por parte del huésped.

The cave house hangs like a swallow's nest on the slope. It is particularly impressive with its fantastic sea view and south-west orientation. In good weather you can see to the neighboring island of Tenerife. Both bedrooms and the living room are located in the cave part of the house. In the extension there is the eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, panoramic window and shower as well as the separate toilet/washroom. There is a small terrace and a rooftop terrace with chill-out area and barbecue.

Villa The Palms se encuentra ubicada en la exclusiva y tranquila zona de Meloneras. La urbanización está rodeada por el campo de golf. La villa está rodeada por un jardín de diferentes variedades de palmeras y consta de 5 habitaciones (una de ellas en planta baja apta para personas con minusvalía) decoradas con mucho gusto así como con espacios amplios y diáfanos para hacer más fácil y cómoda la convivencia. Located in an isolated corner of the island, away from the tourist hustle and bustle and connected to the purest nature. There are no shopping malls or promenades here: there is sea, silence and mountains. A car is essential, as access is via a winding mountain road. Tasarte beach is a few steps away. It is made of large stones, and only when the tide is low do you see small areas of sand. In return, it offers peace, a pristine environment, unforgettable sunsets and starry skies.

La Señorita is located in a prime location within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The area offers several hiking trails and a wide range of typical Canarian cuisine. The Canarian skies offer a spectacular view of the stars that will make you feel like an astronaut without leaving the ground.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

Finca Toledo Apartment

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
