Monthly Rentals in Playa de Valdegrana

Conchi and Luis were very welcoming and the building is a beautiful old palacio full of art and curiosities. There is an atmospheric sense of history about the apartment. The hosts were attentive to all queries but also very respectful of my privacy during my stay. I was working, and the wifi speed and connection were excellent. The building is located in the busy historic centre of town, where there is a lot of renovation work ongoing—this noise can be a little challenging at times, but it soon becomes part of the El Puerto experience. Perhaps not for those looking for a modern hotel experience, but anyone who enjoys an authentic sense of place and history will enjoy their stay, as I did.

We stayed at the apartment for the month of December. It was very quiet in Valdelagrana in the off season, but this suited us well. From the apartment the beach was a few minutes' walk. There are all the stores and restaurants you need nearby, even in the off season. The apartment was larger than I expected. We were very comfortable there. Even when an issue arose with the internet, it was solved easily. Angela is very kind and warm. I would recommend especially for a summer vacation.

No problems and good location.A little noisy at times with above and below apartmentos. No air con in bedroom ergo a bit warm at night.

A wonderful place where we spent a wonderful holiday. Perfectly located, quiet, peaceful, beautiful views in the morning, sunsets and the sound of waves... The apartment is spacious, very clean. Lots of interesting places nearby. Importantly, the apartment has its own parking space, which is especially important on weekends when there are a lot of cars next to the public parking lot. A wonderful host who is very helpful. We'll definitely be back.
