Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa del Albir

Great location in the city center (pedestrian zone, in the street only shops, no restaurants or bars), above the rooftops with magnificent terrace. Very cozy apartment, great amenities, super fast and helpful communication with Patricia! We had perfect days!

Best girls trip to Spain!!! This was our first visit to Spain, and we spent a week in this apartment with only a general idea of the area. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the location was—it truly felt magical to relax and unwind. The apartment is fully furnished with modern décor. It's about a 15–20 minute walk to the old town. Since we didn't have a car, we often went to SH Villa Gadea to request taxis. However, the locals in this charming coastal village were incredibly helpful—we never had trouble getting assistance with taxis from shops, restaurants, or even pharmacies. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic. She responded quickly to all our messages and even personally came by when we had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. She arranged for a maintenance team to fix it, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend staying here!

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at this apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jessy. On entering the apartment, you get the WOW moment when you see the view. The whole apartment was lovely, very clean and well stocked -even providing beach bags with beach towels in them. We asked for more hangers (as 4 ladies sharing) and we had them that evening. Great location. Great host. Would definitely recommend.

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was impeccable and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It is a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna has been available at all times, has been very kind to us and has given us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful apartment set in a great part of Benidorm away from the strip but easy walk to everything. It’s on the 15th floor but lifts were great and the view is just amazing. Everything was as described and they got the apartment ready for us early on arrival day. 7 of us managed easily with 2 doubles 1 twin and pull out sofa although we didn’t spend much time there as weather was lovely. Highly recommend.

Great place for a trip to Costa Blanca

Amazing views and the apartment was spotless. It felt brand new. The building’s facilities were top-notch, especially the pool on the 26th floor. Highly recommended!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

This is a fantastic location with great privacy, and with great views of the coast. Roadside parking is convenient and was safe. The host was fantastic and very helpful in settling us in. Property is very clean, all amenities are in perfect condition. It is a short, convenient drive to the town to get everything we need! Note: There are quite a few stairs to get to the property.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Very nice house with everything you need to be comfortable and be able to relax. We loved it and Cecilie gave us all the necessary information. We even had the chance to arrive earlier. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thanks for everything.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. We had a great stay in the apartment of Oxana and Albert. Friendly hosts who want guests to have the best possible experience. The apartment is as nice as in the pictures, has everything you need and is in a nice distance to all facilities in the area. Recommended!

Everything is perfect, it is not an apartment, it is a home in the quiet area of Benidorm, if you are looking for tranquility within the city, it is undoubtedly the right place.
