Apartamento reformado y con mobiliario nuevo a menos de 30 metros del mar. Cerca de varios locales de restauración con terraza, tiendas, etc. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, en la playa del Burrero. Geschäftiges Treiben oder Ruhepol, mit oder ohne Auto, zentral und doch individuell. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.
