Good morning! Apart from thanking the stay these five days let you know that the stay in its facilities was very pleasant, a very nice pool. The attention of the person who helps in the excellent cleanliness and in general the whole private in excellent condition, cleanliness and security. Amenities very close to the facilities and very easy access with different options mainly beach and fifth avenue

Loved the security of the neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, pool and downtown restaurants. Kid friendly with the gate to the stairs, made me feel comfortable and had a peace of mind.

Casa del Sol is a great place for a large group. Very close to the beach. it's about a 25 minute walk to 5th Ave. Beds are comfortable and rooms are roomy. We really enjoyed the dipping pool after a long day out. Kitchen is roomy enough for a few people to be in there at the same time. This place is in phase 1 so it was difficult to get to places in phase 2. We love playacar and as usual had a wonderful time. Highly recommended Casa del Sol.

What can I say! Our time at Crystal's property was absolutely amazing. Even though the jungle experience was new to us, we were relieved to feel immediately at home at Casa y Palapa de la Selva. The fact that such beautiful cenotes were only a quick walk away was truly unbelievable & our favorite part of the trip. We were excited to see monkeys, butterflies, capybaras & more. The house and palapa comfortably suited 6 people. We loved the fact that the walls are screened in, which allowed for a fresh air breeze to keep us cool throughout the night. Keep in mind that the two bedrooms shown for the house are all technically one large loft room, with 2 beds separated by the staircase. We are so grateful to Casey, who always made herself available and was immediately responsive for all of our needs. In general, every person we met was lovely and made us feel so safe & welcome. We are in awe of the incredible community at Sacbe and hope to return one day soon. Gracias por todo!

Great place to connect with nature. The sounds of nature at night are amazing. The Cenotes are very relaxing and amazing to spend time at, in the heart of the jungle and far away from beaten track surrounded by all the flora and fauna. The house itself was very good, no need to AC as the fans do a great job. The Internet is superfast (Starlink). It felt remote to stay the Crystal's place and that is what we wanted. We met very friendly people living in Sacbe. I would recommend this place who wants to rest from the hectic life. Don't forget the repellents for the mosquitos. Crystal and Casey are excellent hosts, always ready to help and very very communicative. Thank you very much for pleasant stay and see you soon.

Beautiful apartment very well equipped the grounds of apartment and all of Mayakoba is immaculate. The patio gets the morning sun for a great start to the day. Main pool is lovely with about 12 chairs around it with little trouble accessing on weekdays all other pools and rooftop is reserve only 24 hours in advance. Mayakoba is a fair distance from beach and city of Playa having a car was essential. Great stay.

Amazing. The apartment is in the best location. Just off the terrace and it has a divine cenote. The wonderful pool. You walk to the jungle and 100 meters away you get to the sea. It has restaurants and shopping next door. You don't need a car at all. The impeccable and very comfortable apartment. Sara's service is 5⭐️. I will definitely rent it again. Thank you

What a phenomenal time! I’ve been coming to Playa at least once a year since 2020 and this property is the best I’ve stayed! The condo is very spacious, all of it: bedrooms, baths, living area and full of light with triple height ceiling. Right outside living room there’s your own private terrace with chaise lounges/table set for a more private rest if you don’t want to be in the common areas. A few beautiful stone steps down and you’re in the magnificent pool area of the complex with it’s olympic size pool for amazing lap swimming. Complex is chic, elegant with amazing landscape that keeps units very private; ambiance is overall relaxing and respectful and tons of beautiful lounges for everyone. Cherry on top? Hamacas in the pool, and great fitness center. Everything was perfection! Communication easy and friendly thanks to Claudio, property manager. My family and I loved it and can’t wait to be back!

We really enjoyed this accommodation just 1 block from the beach and 2 from Fifth Avenue, it had everything described in the app. A quiet place to rest and enjoy its pool. We had a great time 🥰

Very good place, if you don't have to go out there, there is everything for the fun of boys and adults. A place that has a lot of tranquility and respect and integration with nature, in addition to modernity.

great location in a fun end of town. cool roof top that was never busy but amazing views. the host was great, we had an issue with our fan and within a few hrs a young gentlemen showed up and spent an hr fixing it which really saved our trip as it was a really hot week. highly recommend
