We had a great stay overall! The home was clean, practical, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and quickly helped us resolve a minor issue with the door lock—communication was excellent throughout. We really appreciated the building's security and the secure parking lot, which made us feel at ease. There was a bit of construction noise from the school across the street, and you can definitely expect the usual city sounds and vibes typical of the Quintana Roo area—but nothing that disrupted our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Manuel's depa super delicious to spend these days, it was wonderful, super clean, a bed to rest beautiful, just because it had to go to the beach and parks, but we stayed to watch series and movies, in truth, the bed is delicious for rest, super close to the beach, walking 15 min, super recommended, we will definitely return, thank you Manuel, we pass it luxury.

This is one of the best locations I’ll stayed in playa del Carmen. The roof top pools are awesome with a great view of the ocean that’s just a block down the road. The gym is fully equipped with just about everything you need if you have an active workout routine. And the bar/ restaurant up there makes it a one stop shop you literally don’t have to leave the building if don’t want to. Assuming you do go out and about 5th Ave the beach and everything else is just under a 5 minute walk awesome place to stay highly recommend for a great getaway.

Toti's apartment has everything you need to spend a vacation with everything you need, and extra luxuries, it's the 2nd time we go and we will keep repeating. The apartment is very spacious, with a huge terrace, highly recommended for families with children. The pool is a few steps away and is huge. And excellent communication, always attentive to us

Great location! 2 blocks to any and everything. The place looks better in person, one downside is it's on the third floor with no elevator, it wouldn't be good for elderly or disabled people. The rooftop view is amazing!!! JUST BOOK IT! it's well worth the money. We plan on staying again.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Excellent stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen events. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

On our tour of Yucatán, we wanted to relax for a few days – and therefore decided on Nele's house, which is located in a quiet residential area of Playa del Carmen. Everything was as described and we had a great stay where we spent a lot of time by the pool and in the lovingly furnished house. We found the little extras particularly pleasant: coffee, shampoo and laundry detergent were provided – this is not self-evident and made our stay even more relaxing. Also the neighborhood was very pleasant – friendly, quiet, and you could even have a nice conversation. We'd love to come back and stay longer next time!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Especially if you’re coming from out of the country, you want to feel safe, especially if it’s a Airbnb! Cesar and all the workers of Blue Angel hotel are very helpful and communicative! On top of it, there’s three gates keeping you and your loved ones safe from any harm! Again Super responsive, respectful, safe!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

I recommend this place!! It has an amazing view and is very comfortable, apart from that they are very clean!! The Building is very nice and safe. We loved how easy it was to move in Playa del Carmen from the accommodation and Miguel's response is almost immediate!! We are very grateful!

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, is in a complex with several amenities, beach, a giant pool, jacuzzi, has restaurants. Very good communication and response from the hosts. Both at the entrance and exit were very punctual. The apartment is clean and working well everything we used. Highly recommended 👌

Diana is an amazing host, many can learn from her, she was very responsive and helpful. The place is also positioned perfectly; initially we planned to rent bikes but everything is within walking distance, only using taxis after sundown. The pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained aswell as everything inside the apartment

Alejandro was very kind and responsive. The apartment is small but had everything I needed. All areas of the apartment were clean and all appliances were in good working order. The area is secured and a short distance from the main tourist area. The apartment complex is quiet and has a working lift. Overall I enjoyed staying at Maria’s apartment. We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!
