Beautiful studio 200m from the beach

Comfortable studio with kitchen and balcony. Building has 24/7 security, rooftop pool with AMAZING views, gym, underground parking (ask before booking), fiber-optics internet and cable tv. For bookings 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost. Parking spaces are only for 1BR and 2BR, but if we have one available we'll be more than happy to provide you with a parking space downstairs.

The best features I can mention about my accommodation are, without a doubt, the following: 1. It has an excellent location, you can walk everywhere in Playa, it is a few steps from Quinta Avenida and the beach. 2. It is a safe and quiet place. 3. The building has good amenities: a pool on the ground floor and on the rooftop with a sundeck, lounge chairs, beds, tables, showers, all accessible by elevator. 4. It also has a yoga room and a fully-equipped gym.
