Everything was very good, we liked it a lot, we will definitely return, the only detail that I would perhaps like is the hot water, since I have children, sometimes they want the water a little warmer, but everything was very good and always attentive to any questions, we felt at home.

It's a very cozy place, Blanca was always available to answer any questions. The beach club is charming and the prices of the snacks are affordable, the water in the condominium pool is not cold and that is wonderful. Definitely a great place.

The apartment is very nice, it's like being at home, very clean, a very quiet area, and close to the best beaches and shopping centers, as well as restaurants, a place where you can really vacation, the pool is wonderful, but above all, Enrique's attention was excellent, he was always in contact with us, always attentive to what we needed, truly the best host, always giving options to visit and to have an incredible stay, always attentive to everything. The experience was excellent: the place was super clean, (new house in seclusion with security) well located, comfortable and with all the details well thought out for a pleasant stay. it is the second time staying in the Lourdes accommodation and there is no doubt that I would come back for a third time, the swimming pool very large for swimming and spending time as a family, the amenities of the house like billiards and soccer make you not want to leave the house, perfect for making a roast meat or going out to eat at the many restaurants that are close to the accommodation. Ideal for large families with large and en-suite rooms, all with air conditioning and places like the spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. Definitely one of the best houses in Acapulco

This is the second time I've rented the apartment. In my experience, it's a quiet, central place, close to the beaches, the pool has warm water, and it's still a good experience. Javier is very attentive.

The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the photos but being there was even better. The location is very accessible, as well as the staff in the condominium. Mr. Francisco very kindly sent us the weather forecast, which apparently was going to be kind of bad that weekend, and offered to change the date. In the end, we took the risk of going and everything was excellent. We will definitely return to the accommodation 😃

Karla was always attentive, very kind and giving us recommendations for swimming pools; a great, great host! Everything was excellent! Great apartment, spacious spaces, excellent view and terrace! Very good gym too! Only the A/C in the bunk room seemed not to work, but it worked with the rest of the apartment. Great and super fun facilities and options for kids! 100% recommended in every way!
