Beachfront holiday rental in Playa Encanto

Second time staying at Eddie's home in Playa Encanto. He is a fantastic host and does a great job of communicating and making sure we had everything we need. The house is beautiful, right on the water, plenty of space for a family and in a very safe and secluded area of Penasco. Eddie is great to work with and we will definitely continue to reach out to him for all of our weekend trips to Penasco!

Great place to stay with family

The house had everything described and then some. It was comfortable and stunning. We were able to walk on the sandbar in the mornings and watch dolphins from the kitchen. The biggest hurdle is sand but having laundry and a broom kept things in check throughout our trip. We loved the home and were extremely safe and happy. Walmart was an easy go-to and was 15 minutes away. They have a mix of American comfort items and Mexican foods. The only hurdle is going to town. The house is tucked away and if you are looking for lots of time in town, it takes around 30 minutes to get there. If you’re looking for beach and lots of shells, come stay here! The house is amazing and we’re excited to plan our next trip.

We have stayed in this unit several times and we are never disappointed. Great place to stay that has great views, things to do and a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Wendy and team for an amazing trip!

This beach house was everything we hoped it would be. We got to walk right out the door and take our dogs for a beachwalk a few times a day and for a night walk every night. The dogs were in heaven. We were so happy to get to spend time with them on these magical beaches. We were in awe at the amount of unique sea shells all over the beaches. A few of the neighbors had dogs but it seemed everyone was very respectful and took their dogs out at different times of day so we each could enjoy a massive stretch of private beaches. The inside of the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. We were nervous about using too much water since the shower takes a while to warm up but thankfully we didn’t run out. Oh and the enclosed backyard was great to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Wonderful Airbnb and we hope to come back again!

This place was amazing it was so big and comfortable for the group and we really enjoyed the house and the area it was so nice and quiet and not to far from the beach at all. This was by far the greatest airbnb I’ve been to and so spacious

The Condo was exceptionally clean with all the amenities that you needed. Gary always responded very quickly to any questions and was helpful during our entire stay. Will plan on staying there again.

It was our first time in Puerto Peñasco and we absolutely loved Xiomara's place. The condo is exactly like the description. Beautiful place, modern style, clean, and right on the beach. Our 4 year old daughter was charmed with the appartment and would not stop saying how beautiful!! Thank you so much for being a great host Xiomara, we will definitely be coming back and staying at your place.

Amazing place to get away! The Leeds absolutely loved it. It’s very peaceful and Eduardo was very attentive! We always enjoyed staying!

We had a great stay here!! The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly like the photos!! There were extra beach towels and beach toys to use which was very nice! The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Food and the restaurant was really good and all the staff at the resort were very nice and spoke english very well. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort has plenty of amenities offered like rooftop bar, great on-site restaurant, fully equipped gym, and several amazing pools (with a small but still cool lazy river). The best part though is without a doubt the access to the very tranquil beach with palapas and vendor water adventures. That is all the resort and outside luxuries but the condo itself was gorgeously decorated and luxuriously outfitted. The wraparound patio doors are the most impressive as they not only let in the view, but provide for the full ocean breeze. Would highly recommend to those that want the best possible experience when vacationing in Puerto Penasco.

Great place to stay for large family, lots of room. Area more secluded, less foot traffic on the beach

Great place to bring adults and relax with ample space for each individual or couple. The outside view of the bay is beautiful, quiet, and the stars in the sky really pop out. Each room has a king sized bed and its own personal bathroom, which is huge for adults and couples. The kitchen is equipped with a very nice gas stove, microwave and refrigerator, which made cooking easy. I used the outside grill to cook burgers as well. We stayed for the golf at Islas Del Mar and that was well worth it! I had a little trouble finding the house, but Michael directed me very well. He is super responsive and will help your visit be a success.

Beautiful place! Great location, a lot more beautiful in person. This home has absolutely everything you need & more. The views and balcony accommodations are amazing. Hosts communicated so well. Can’t wait to come back.

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

This was our second time staying and both times were great. This is our favorite unit of all of the similar ones we've stayed at in Rocky Point (there are lots of the exact same floorpan). It's clean, updated and has all the amenities you would need. We will definitely stay here again! 5 Stars

Absolutely lovely home. We took our own food and didn’t have to leave during entire stay. We absolutely got what we wanted out of our stay: comfort, peace, and plenty of beach and play time. We never needed to contact our host for anything other than asking if we could be allowed to check in a tad earlier.

Josh and Christina’s place was excellent! The views were incredible, and Tower 3 is definitely the spot—more private, peaceful, and way less crowded (especially with kids) compared to Towers 1 and 2. The condo itself felt brand new—everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was spotless and well-appointed. The patio was easily my favorite part; we spent a lot of time out there just soaking in the views. As a mid-30s business owner who works too much, this was the perfect escape. That said, it’d be great for families too—you can bring the kids to the quiet Tower 3 pool or head over to Towers 1 and 2 to use their amenities. Highly recommend this place, whether you're looking to relax or still want access to the action!

Beyond a 5 star experience. Pictures are exactly what you find inside, with many extras to make all your coffee dreams come true 😉 Very clean. Through instructions to utilize all the amenities. Peaceful sleep with the ocean breeze coming right through your balcony doors! Better then expected on all levels!

We recently stayed at Joshua’s place and could not have been happier. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the views were spectacular! Josh was very responsive with some minor questions. The beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes in the kitchen were easily accessible. The hotel itself is still under construction as there is no main lobby, restaurants or gym in phase 3. However we were able to access them thru the other phases. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the host for making our trip to puerto penasco memorable!
