Beautiful place! Great location, a lot more beautiful in person. This home has absolutely everything you need & more. The views and balcony accommodations are amazing. Hosts communicated so well. Can’t wait to come back.

The house looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Frank was helpful and responsive although there was no need to contact him during the stay. Definitely recommend this house, we are hoping to come back soon!

The house and amenities are incredible. But the host and the employees at the house outdid themselves with customer service.

It is hard to imagine a more beautiful home and setting. The brick dome ceiling, beautiful wood and travertine finishes, sunken tile showers, and high end decorations all make this home very pleasing to the eye. The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The included kayak and paddle board were great fun. This home is located in a beautiful resort setting right next to the pools and beach. The mac computer and several TV's were an added bonus. This was truly an enjoyable vacation!

The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. We would have liked some more utensils and other things in the kitchen so we didn't have to try and buy so much, but we understand how that goes and were not upset in the slightest. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Lily went above and beyond for us, she was very friendly and helpful. We were a family of 9 and the kids had a blast! The beds are SOOOOOO comfy and the pillows… they even had beach towels too. The space is big and has a beautiful view. We loved that each bedroom has a bathroom. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Villa is beautifully situated on Sandy Beach with an amazing view of the Port. We loved the Villa’s location and had 3 kids with us who also had an amazing time at the resort pools, slides, etc. Would definitely come back - it was a great value and the location couldn’t be beat!

This property was truly beautiful, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated that the host always made sure there was someone available just in case we needed anything.

The beach is beautiful- sandy, lots of shells, perfect for swimming, long walks, and relaxing. The unit was comfortable and just right for our family of 5. We did not have any trouble with water pressure as stated in past reviews. The beds were super comfortable and listening to the ocean at night (all the time, really) is the best. My only complaint was the pullout couch, which we did not use as planned because that mattress was awful. We loved having the palapas available and used one almost every day. We have stayed at Paradise Villas before and prefer it to a big resort setting. It feels safe and peaceful, but is about 20 minutes from town so bring food and drinking water with you.

We originally booked three nights at the paradise villas, But later added on another night because the location was so beautiful and peaceful! Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. Kivoya was incredibly responsive to our needs. When we had a minor problem with the air conditioner, repairmen were there within the hour to fix the problem.
