Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Communication with the hosts was friendly. For the winter season, they took care of the heater and super warm blankets :) Beautiful sea view, comfortable yard with parking.

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

We stayed at La María, very grateful to the host for waiting for us until late to give us the key, since due to a delay at the airport, we arrived a little late. The apartment seemed perfect for a quiet stay in a good area and with all the amenities, very close to the sea, in addition to having the advantage of having parking. I recommend it.
