Very secure gated community. Monkeys greeted us at the gate! Wonderful back porch with lovely pool! Kitchen was really well stocked. Two great beaches near by, Playa Avellanas our favorite. Lola's restaurant on the beach is wonderful. Playa Negra has the turtle research center there! Don't miss the Cafes, Floresta and Corazon!! Ron our host was great. answering all questions and helping us out with delivering super glue to us when my husbands glasses broke.

Camille and her mom are wonderful hosts. The house was like a beautiful dream. It smelled so good every time I entered. The pool was always clean. I saw many animals. We didn't want to leave, but we would definitely come back again with my family to stay longer. The nature, the animals, the birds—I was truly happy there. I recommend that future guests be aware that if the directions don't lead you past Flamingo Beach, you might be on the wrong path. It's better to take the longer route to be sure.

This place is even more beautiful than in the pictures! We especially loved the pool which was always the perfect temperature. The decor and architecture was very natural and beautiful, complete with pretty tile work and natural boho decor. There is a nice kitchen with all the utensils you need to prep food and a relaxing living area. The true beauty of this location shines in the outdoor area which features a perfect sized pool, outdoor shower, fire pit and cute seating area. The host Esteban was so welcoming and very communicative. If you are thinking about booking this location, definitely do it! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, very cozy, super private, easy to access and has all the amenities to have an excellent stay. Communication is always very effective and attentive to any questions. Super recommended.

we had a great stay, the pool was amazing. the nearby beach was practically our own! very beautiful. the kids loved the tide pools at low tide and saw tons of tropical fish and the sea turtle rescue was a great opportunity for them also;)

Pictures dont do justice to how amazing the place is. The view is simply breathtaking and Rocio took care of everything as well as giving us some pretty good recommendations for places around the house.

Beautiful house in the heart of Tamarindo. We spent 4 nights at Arbel's and enjoyed every minute of it. The house and kitchen were all stocked with what we needed for making meals. It's only a short walk to all the restaurants and beach, so making a quick trip back to the house for lunch or in case you left something is easy.

Casa Julianna was an amazing experience to end our last few days in Costa Rica. What a beautiful place, even better to see in person. There was plenty of room within the house & seating in the screened outdoor patio space. We were travelling with 5 kids age 10-19, they all loved it here and enjoyed the pool during the day and night. The separate bedroom with bathroom was a nice surprise - our oldest daughter enjoyed this space. There was quite a few howler monkeys behind the home, it was fun to watch them play in the trees. Tamarindo is appx 40min drive away, we took the family here for a night of souvenir shopping. Fun town to explore. We also did a fishing charter for a day. Thank you for providing our family with early check-in and late check out, along with the great nightly rate you provided to us. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. We plan to visit Costa Rica again next year. Jenn & Andy + kids.

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

We spent some incredible days as a family, Casa Bosque is more than we imagined. It is a space with a really special energy, the house is very spacious and beautiful. The beach is beautiful. A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

We had a great stay and hope to go back. Here are a few of our highlights: - House was perfect for a week long vacation in Avellanas for the 4 of us (parents plus two teenage sons). The kitchen was well stocked, the AC kept things cool at night, and we loved having AM coffee on the patio listening to birds and monkeys. - We very heavily used the community pool. We were the only ones staying in our group of homes around the pool so we had it to ourselves each day. It was cleaned daily. - It was a long walk to the beach (20min) so we often drove to the maintained parking lot by Lola's and paid the modest $4. (The fee helps maintain the beach access so it seems well-worth paying each day.) Because it was still walkable, we'd often walk home, leaving the kids with the car to finish up a surf session... it was nice to have that flexibility. - The gated community with guards felt very secure, but the overall area also felt very safe for our 5-7 mile runs, evening strolls, and more!

Overall great stay got to see a ton of wildlife live like monkeys, lizards,bats and birds. I understand location on Airbnb is an estimate so it should the beach closer walking distance than it was. Very buggy if u do like insect be cautious. But great area for food and surfing.

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

Pretty nice place, great view, had all the appliances and it was pretty clean

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. It is super cute and perfect for my family. The pool is fabulous. The house is about a 25-minute drive to Tamirindo. The location is perfect to keep you out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. The howler monkeys hung out in the trees surrounding the property. There are restaurants and small stores close by if you need anything. You will need a car in this area to get around, and note that if you take the "back road," it is a very rough ride but quite the adventure. But if you take the main road through Paraiso, it is super smooth and simple. This is a great place to stay. We have always felt safe and secure. We will be back.

From the first moment, communication with the host was excellent: clear, fast and very friendly. The house was impeccable, well cared for and with all the details thought out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space is as shown in the photos, and even more beautiful in person. Very clean and fully equipped. We loved how cozy it felt, ideal for disconnecting, resting and enjoying as a couple or family. The location was also perfect: quiet, safe and with easy access to everything we needed. In addition, the view and the natural environment were simply spectacular - a real plus for those seeking peace and connection with nature. It was undoubtedly an excellent experience, one of those that makes you want to repeat. I recommend it 100% and I would definitely come back.

A beautiful majestic private location. We loved our time here and the home was pristine and everything we needed was provided for us. The outdoor shower was a favourite. We were able to explore different beaches from this location with ease. We hope to return to this property. Our host was lovely and available for any recommendations. We booked this casita last minute at the end of our trip and it was so much more than we were expecting. The space is beautiful, clean, spacious. We didn't get to use the pool because of rain, but the pool area and view were stunning! We spent a lot of time bird(and monkey) watching and taking in the view in the mornings. Hiking trails around were really nice too! Krista and Guido were soo helpful, generous, and kind! We wished we had more time at Sal Vida to enjoy the area more and if in the area again - will definitely be booking here again!

Perfection. Absolute perfection. The other reviews are spot on. Just book it already. The views can’t be beat and no picture can do it justice. Everywhere you look it is beautiful and magical: the jungle sounds, the sunsets, the amazing flora and fauna, the details and thoughtful touches. It is so perfect it is almost overwhelming. Every day, I couldn’t believe I was there. And the hosts! They are amazing! They are genuinely kind and generous, not that fake used car salesman nice. They are the real deal. Anything they recommend, just do it. Use their concierge service and do everything! You can’t go wrong. We would have stayed longer and plan to go back soon.

First foreign experience on Airbnb...Great stay! We enjoyed the villa, pool, and outdoor terrace attached to the bedrooms. Wishlist for the playa Conchal which is nearby by car. To relax and rest, it's a great place. Marie is very welcoming and quickly responds to our questions.

Staying at Rancho De Linda was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the lush Costa Rican jungle on the beach, it offers the perfect blend of natural charm to fully immerse yourself in the local ecosystem. The property is surrounded by vibrant wildlife — from colorful frogs, friendly iguanas, beautiful butterfly’s, hermit crabs and chirping birds. The views are breathtaking and the sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing — making it a true ecological retreat. Douglas and Irena were delightful hosts. We enjoyed visits from their sweet pup Bambi and loved the availability of the housekeeper. The place is very clean and well taken care of. We loved our Yoga class Irena taught under the palapa and enjoyed the delicious cooking of two local chefs. We drove into Tamarindo for the day and visited the Diamanté Eco Adventure Park for a thrilling zip line. Great house with a lot of space. Good kitchen and great pool. Very close to the beach. Irina is a Superhost. Always accessible, great recommendations and super nice. We will be happy to come back!
