Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa Langosta

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

I had an amazing experience staying at Nadia’s place! The home was exactly as described clean &comfortable.The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and small shops, and easy to get around. What really made the stay special was the host. Nadia was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. They made check-in easy and even provided thoughtful touches like restaurants, forms of transportation and lots of other helpful information about the area. I appreciated how quickly they responded to any questions and how genuinely invested they were in making sure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

Excelente lugar. Combina modernidad y la tranquilidad de estar en el bosque. Esta a 5 minutos en auto de la zona viva de la Playa donde están los restaurantes y bares. Cerca de un par de bancos, y hasta de la delegación de Policía. Quizás para llegar en bicicleta o a pie(por los que les gusta caminar) , se dificulte un poco, más que todo en la noche, porque es oscuro y la calle pavimentada estrecha. En vehículo un poco alto es mejor, para evitar contratiempos en la parte que es de tierra, sobre todo cuándo llueve. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una gran estadía. Todo funciona a la perfección, todo muy reciente en el equipamiento. Hasta el café es delicioso. Piscina con agua limpia y temperatura agradable a todas horas, hasta me metí 6 de la mañana y puedo dar fe que es tibia en ese momento. Definitivamente volvería, cuando venga de nuevo a la zona de Tamarindo. Felicito al anfitrión, porque sabe su negocio. En hora buena.

Recomiendo 100% este hospedaje, el lugar es increíble y privado, super hermoso, y muy céntrico. Vistas preciosas desde el balcón, y de fácil acceso en automóvil

El lugar tal como se describe en la página, muy cerca del centro se puede caminar o ir en carro, el apartamento con todo lo que se requiere, las áreas comunes excelentes con una piscina de agua salada perfecta para refrescarse, lo recomiendo y volveríamos de nuevo.

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

This was our second time staying at Camille’s place as we enjoyed it so much the first time! We love the location, the accommodations and the gorgeous backyard with the most beautiful pool you will ever swim in! You are welcomed by any member of Camille’s family that you might see while staying there. Everyone is so friendly and engaging, whether it is just for a chat or to offer up local recommendations. We are already talking about returning for our third visit!! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely stunning place! The view is unmatched. The place is perfectly and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts are responsive, helpful and friendly! I cannot recommend this place enough.

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

Juan, Snider and Eddie were amazing hosts! It was beautiful, relaxing and safe! Delicious breakfast and amazing pools. Fun to have the cat and dog around too for Nick our 7yo. Would stay there again when in Costa Rica!

Liane was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, bed was super comfy, pool was clean and great for refreshing. Great place to stay for a couple. The beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy.

The first thing I thought when walking in was that everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is perfectly private and quiet. Security was attentive and friendly. You will definitely need a car to get around because the property is about 5-10 minutes from Tamarindo beach. It's a great location for a quiet relaxing getaway with a short drive to shopping, dining, and night life. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back next time we visit Costa Rica. We even saw a few howler monkeys in the nearby trees! Also, the water pressure and temperature were fantastic. No complaints at all.

This was my second time staying at this house —this time with my service dog and my kids, who are in their 20s. We surfed all week at the nearby breaks—everything is so accessible. The house is Pura Vida at its best: totally stress-free, full of good vibes, and in a perfect location. You can walk to the beach, top surf spots, and some of the best restaurants around. We’ll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a unique Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. The house backs up to a rainforest, where you will enjoy indoor/outdoor living, encounter Howler monkeys swinging from the trees, birds chirping, the sound of rain falling against the leaves. And yes there were a few critters, but that was to be expected, especially since we visiting during the beginning of the rainy season. The beds are cozy and the house is less than 10 minutes from town, the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and made great recommendations. Our experience was definitely memorable.

We had a great stay and hope to go back. Here are a few of our highlights: - House was perfect for a week long vacation in Avellanas for the 4 of us (parents plus two teenage sons). The kitchen was well stocked, the AC kept things cool at night, and we loved having AM coffee on the patio listening to birds and monkeys. - We very heavily used the community pool. We were the only ones staying in our group of homes around the pool so we had it to ourselves each day. It was cleaned daily. - It was a long walk to the beach (20min) so we often drove to the maintained parking lot by Lola's and paid the modest $4. (The fee helps maintain the beach access so it seems well-worth paying each day.) Because it was still walkable, we'd often walk home, leaving the kids with the car to finish up a surf session... it was nice to have that flexibility. - The gated community with guards felt very secure, but the overall area also felt very safe for our 5-7 mile runs, evening strolls, and more!

Highly recommend Patrizia’s home for an amazing and special time in Costa Rica. Patrizia and her property manager Rosa were extremely helpful and supportive leading up to and during the trip. They answered all our questions, helped arranged transportation and gave many great local suggestions. The property itself was great, it came fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the salt water pool was very nice. The location of the property was private, secure and quiet and very close to town with the use of a golf cart and is walkable without. We were looking at a few different properties for our stay but we’re very glad we chose this property. Rosa and Patrizia truly went above and beyond and it really made our trip an unforgettable one.

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy completo en cuanto los artefactos de la cocina. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Lo único es que es poco accesible para adultos mayores o personas con algún tipo de discapacidad ya que se accede por gradas hasta el tercer piso.

A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Casa muito boa, com ótima piscina e perto dos restaurantes. Única coisa negativa é o acesso por carro. Valeu muito a hospedagem, a flexibilidade do check in e check out e a limpeza da casa!

We absolutely LOVED this place! Very spacious for our family of 4 (two teenagers who each had their own room). The concierge service was super helpful and friendly any time we reached out to them. We booked an ATV excursion through them and there were several other great options. The place was beautifully decorated along with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. We stopped at the Price Smart(like a Costco) after we got our rental car for groceries, so glad we did that! There is a small grocery store in Brasilito for smaller items as well. The Beach Club was a wonderful perk to have access to other pools, a gym, and the beach. Definitely plan on coming back to this place!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.
