Waterfront holiday rentals in Playa Langosta

This was our first time to Costa Rica and did not know what to expect. Pedro's Place was clean, peaceful and extremely easy to get to from the Liberia Airport. We normally don't stay at places where the owner is present but, in this case, we liked it because we knew if there were any issues he was available. In the end, we only saw Pedro and his wife twice as they went out for a walk. We felt like the place was our own, that the house and area was very safe and the beach was never busy. There are great restaurants within a short walking distance on the beach and the people are wonderful. If you want a family friendly and peaceful place - this is it!

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

Nuestra estadía en el penthouse fue excelente. El lugar es hermoso, muy cómodo y con una vista al mar que realmente hace la diferencia. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con Yolanda y su equipo fue muy buena: siempre atentos, claros y dispuestos a ayudar. Se nota que cuidan tanto el espacio como la experiencia de quienes se hospedan. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí.

What a spot for a vacation! The location was prime and the room itself was well suited for everything you need. This is a hidden gem in the area. Things I appreciated the most: The ocean was steps away for a swim at anytime. The shop keepers and restaurant owners downstairs are great people and pleasant to talk to during your stay. Waffle monkey (breakfast) and Portofino are the best spots for breakfast, fresh seafood, low cost happy hours, and fire show at night during sunset. You can literally walk anywhere in minutes. There is 3 separate door with locks to get to your top floor rental so this spot is very safe! If you are lucky, you'll notice a 5 foot iguana that rests in the trees to your right off the porch, spending days in the trees. Alvaro is the mgmt person who helps you. He speaks great English and responds rapidly to questions. Can't wait to return and bring family. The two units next to each other would be an ideal joint rental for a group of 5-7 people. Highly recommend!!!

The condo was as described and is in a great location. The views are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The little beach is great and there are many iguana around the property, much to the delight of our child. The pool was clean and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean, bright, airy apartment right on Potrero beach. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and a very well-equipped, spacious kitchen. 5-10 minute walk—via the beach if we wanted—to several excellent restaurants and a serviceable grocery store. Loved watching pelicans dive for fish from the balcony and the stunning sunsets.

WONDERFUL owners and home! This was a great spot in a safe place. Just minutes away from Playa Conchal and Playa Flamingo. The communication was A+++ and so was their home. Google maps got a little confused about the address so it took a few extra minutes but the owner helped immediately. It is a beautiful place and completely fenced/gated. Highly recommend!

Estupendo lugar. Nos encantó la casa, es hermosa. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días de vacaciones. Esta cerca del centro de tamarindo y de la playa, a unos 10 minutos en carro, lo que lo hace el lugar indicado para descansar. Olga es una excelente anfitriona, siempre respondió a los mensajes de manera ágil y servicial. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

5 Stars – Best Airbnb I’ve Stayed In! This place was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent—just 50 yards from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean every day. The home itself was spotless, with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vidal was amazing—super helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Hands down, this is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Eugenia's home was amazing. We didn't want to leave. Perfect place for family. Just be sure to have an appropriate vehicle to get around. The roads are tricky

Had an amazing stay at this place, the surfing was top notch. The place is so quiet and peaceful and you can make your own journey on any way you want. I always travel during the off season , even though we had lots of rain the area and place made up for it. The host was so great and responsive and suggested a variety of things to do. The place has everything. Can’t wait to come back Leave no trace ✌️

Muy buena atención por parte del Host. Lugar limpio, ordenado y justo como en las fotos. Un poco difícil llegar al lugar por el estado de las calles para un carro particular pero no inaccesible

Great and huge condo. Awesome patio view, you can heard waves, birds and monkeys. Very large rooms and shared spaces. 3 full bathrooms was helpful for our group. Well stocked kitchen. If we had a need the management company was extremely helpful and quick to response. Proactive communication by the management company. Great value, I highly recommend. Only slight downside is getting to beach isn’t far, but not direct from the condo. Wish they shared a pathway with neighboring properties. But not a horrible walk at all.

We really loved the peacefulness of this condo. Being away from the tourist destinations, quiet, and a beautiful view was just what we needed. Perfect to just relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge.

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

We love going to Reserva Conchal and Daphne's place had everything we wanted, from plenty of bedrooms, to a great location and view overlooking the golf course. Once inside the reserve, we had access to both The Westin and The W and all the amenities they had to offer. Great place to spend a weekend.

We LOVED Casa Besito! The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Ray was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We also appreciated that he sent us a list of local recommendations. We tried many of them and loved them all. The condo is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, but having a rental car was helpful to explore places outside of the Flamingo Marina area. We were able to book catamaran snorkeling tour that left right out of the marina. It truly was the perfect location! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Quite honestly the best experience we have had with AirBnB, wherein this place is over and above with focus on family and little details that matter. We didn't want to leave but we couldn't miss our flight :)

Perfect location for a stay in Tamarindo with a beautiful view of the ocean from the porch and the master bedroom. Friendly staff though we ran into a small hiccup getting past the gate/guard in our car one evening as our Spanish was not very good. Resolves pretty quickly once the Supervisor stepped in.

Beautiful Condo. Amazing 5th floor view from the patio and master bedroom. Large living/dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. Great to have access to a washer/dryer. Huge pool and the condo is right across the street from a resort with beach access. Very close to plenty of restaurants. Convenience near by. We did have difficulty utilizing the safe as the key/lock seemed worn out.
