Beautiful spot- steps from the beach which is such a bonus traveling with kids. The view from each balcony was so nice. The small private pool was perfect too. I was in the master bedroom and the a/c worked great at night. We brought our paddle boards and the bay was a perfect spot for that. We saw a sea turtle! Our host was very communicative and accommodating. The beach bar/restaurantwas very disappointing. The first day they didn’t have fruit so no smoothies or blended drinks. The second day all they had available was beer and shots. So bring your own drink and food so you don’t get stuck without! We were a little disappointed that the beautiful sliding patio doors didn’t have a screen so we couldn’t keep them open for an ocean breeze (flys and mosquitos). We had a wonderful time and will definitly come back!

Highly recommended, everything was excellent, the location was great, the house was great, the view was excellent, the host is very attentive and friendly, 100% recommended a very safe place.

Carmen is great to communicate with and her home is beautiful. The beach is your backyard and there was security during the duration of our trip, so we felt safe the whole time. The housekeepers made us breakfast on one of the days we were there which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the service, friendly staff and everything was very clean, the house was equipped with everything and super comfortable.

Can't say enough about Casa Margarita. It was a wonderful trip, made even better by a communicative, helpful, engaged owner. I'm hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want it to be available when I return to Guasacate next year! It would be a fool's errand to try to encompass my thoughts, as I'd leave something important out, but it's a safe bet that you'll enjoy your stay at Casa Margarita. I'll certainly be back soon.

We had a great time at Villa Lorito!! Some drawbacks included: The kitchen had some functionality issues, but we were still able to cook without much trouble. I’m confident this is something that can be quickly addressed. Additionally, while parking was available, it was not directly at the property but within walking distance. Though manageable, it felt a bit far, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the villa's charm and amenities.

We spent 7 days at this location. Great house with full kitchen and lots of room for 4 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Bbq area was a great plus. Conveniently located either drive to the town central core, markets or nearby beaches. But, have to have a car to enjoy the newly built road system, nature and nearby attractions . The host was great: friendly, helpful and easy to reach if needed. Property manager was great and right available if needs to.

Couldn’t recommend staying at Two Ten Surf Lodge enough. The bungalow exceeded expectations and loved how spacious it was! The whole place was spotless and having two bathrooms was incredible. You can see the beach through the window and was so nice to have an outdoor patio to relax after surfing. Ben was super responsive and felt super taken care of! Super excited to stay there again.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place!! The home is beyond beautiful and we enjoyed having two floors and access to anything we needed. The location is the shortest walk to the beach with gorgeous views and surf lessons in close proximity. We would stay here again!!

The house is beautiful, spacious and great for family events. Every room has a private shower and restrooms. My family was so happy with the house. 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and 6 minutes walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. We are definitely coming back to this house. We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

Unbelievable views. Great layout. Clean. Well equipped. Accommodating hosts, very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Fast internet (worked remotely for a week with no issues). Reliable electricity (huge bonus in Nicaragua!). Easy access to the beach (2 min drive )

This place was even better in person! We really enjoyed our time there. The view over the town and ocean is absolutely beautiful, and the infinity pool made it even better! — we spent a lot The casita was ideal for our daughter, brother in law, & mother — it gave them their own space while still being close by. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the basic spices, oil, coffee, sugar, etc. that were provided. Cheryl was helpful with arrival instructions & recommendations for the best happy hour & nicest beach with hammocks. The location is the best we have found so far! We won’t hesitate to return.

We had a great family weekend getaway at this place. The most beautiful view of San Juan del Sur and Nacascolo. Super clean, comfortable, nice swimming pool. The kitchen had everything we needed.
