Beachfront holiday rental in Playa Paraíso

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

The house and the host are a 10. The house is in a perfect location to get to know Cabo de Palos and go everywhere on foot, both to the beach and to the restaurants. The house is great and has everything you need and several terraces. Communication is perfect and makes everything easy for you. We were at home. We'll definitely repeat. Thank you Chema

This is a fabulous spacious apartment with stunning views to the Mar Menor and the Med from the balcony. It has the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the whole place is very comfortable. Esther communicates very well and has some great recommendations. We were here for a month and it felt like home.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

It was perfect, the owner is attentive to everything and very kind, the apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos but in person it is better, the terrace is spectacular, everything is pristine and very well equipped. and the area... very quiet and close to everything, with very nice places to see and enjoy. if I can I will return.... This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you needed thought of. Comfy bed and pillows and everything organised perfectly! Stunning terrace with gorgeous views out over the beach and sea. Near the bus stop for Cartagena and Cabo de palo and also near to a local supermarket, although watch out for opening times out of season. We found some great Spanish restaurants nearby and at the beautiful beach over the road there are some lovely beach bars. Behind the beach bars we found a fantastic, authentic, family run little Brazilian restaurant/shop where my Brazilian partner was made to feel right at home! We stayed 2 nights but I felt as though I could live here! Thank you Maite!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

The apartment was better than expected and a great place to relax and chill out. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would love to stay there again!

Javier was super friendly, everything was perfect! the bed, wifi, seats, the crockery, cooking pans,towels enough,,, roof terrace all day sun, we were there in January and could keep it warm inside, really as everything was described, we had a satisfied and a safe feeling there, very definitely recommended holiday home !!!
