It is a traditional house on the Valencian Mediterranean coast with two large terraces, one upstairs and one on the ground floor, a large garden and just 20 meters from a quiet sandy beach. Near the house there is a windsurfing and kitesurfing school (100 meters), there is also a drive-in theater, supermarkets, restaurants and about 1500 meters away there is an equestrian center. The area's climate is exceptional with mild temperatures almost all year round.
