Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playacar Beach

This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

Excellent stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen events. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

This house is perfect. It’s huge. Close to the beach and amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it.

It is an excellent option for a family vacation since being within Playacar the rules and/or restrictions are quite a few, the house is perfect, attention and cleanliness too, the only thing I suggest if they rent is to bring their own personal grooming products since those offered in the house are of low quality. In General very good option since you are 10 min. walking from the best restaurants, bars and disco.

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. I saw good reviews before deciding to stay at the accommodation and I can confirm that it is worth staying here. First of all, the room is quite comfortable, very tidy, everything is impeccable, in short I was delighted, everything matched the photos and the description, it is well worth the price I paid, and if you go up to the rooftop in the afternoons you can take good photos and see a beautiful sunset. The hosts were attentive to me every second I was there, answering the questions I had. I can definitely say that I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is perfect, very close to Fifth Avenue, and I can safely say that this is my new favorite Airbnb in Playa del Carmen. I hope the hosts give me the opportunity to stay again, I highly recommend it.

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

The apartment is great, very comfortable and just like the photos. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks. We will definitely stay at this place again.

Great AirBnB. Our host was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat and beaches to visit. Easy walk into Playa Del Carmen. The pool at the house was perfect for cooling down in the afternoon. We would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved this condo and the location! The gym and rooftop pool are an amazing feature. It’s steps away from the quiet end of 5th ave and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store is nearby. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk for morning coffee. The condo is beautiful and I liked the extras (such as shampoo and conditioner provided). I loved it so much…. I stayed an extra day which Ronn facilitated promptly. He was kind and offered assistance but his instructions were so clear that we didn’t even need to ask him anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! I will absolutely book with you again!!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the parking lot. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

Excellent place to spend it quiet, cozy, and excellent location. The guest's attention was excellent, even we were taken care of after we left the place and they gave us back a charger that we forgot. Super recommended

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Great place to stay and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Parking in garage is a nice bonus. Rooftop bar is beautiful with several pools and chairs, but wasn't busy when we were there. Appliances are in good condition. Kitchen works but would be nice if there were basic condiments and spices & oil. There is a karaoke place that is nearby and easily heard, seems to go on most nights. Host has a maintenance person to help with requests through messaging app and he was quite responsive and helpful.
