Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Solo puedo tener buenas palabras para este alojamiento y para Miguel ( y su hermana☺️ por recibirnos como familia ) nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta , te hacía falta cualquier cosa y en el piso lo encontrabas. Nunca me he alojado en ningún sitio como este ,con tanto detalle y mimo ,se nota que no eres un huésped más ♥️ La ubicación es perfecta y tomarte un cafetito en su terraza no tiene precio. Cerca tienes todos los servicios y la playa a un paso Miguel nos ha tratado súper bien, tanto que estamos deseando volver! Gracias por hacer de esta estancia un hogar....Sara,Borja y Holly

Carmen es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El día de la entrada nos retrasamos bastante, no obstante estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta las 2 de la madrugada para abrir la puerta del garaje. Una experiencia muy agradable! Excelente!

Einfach, zweckmässige Einrichtung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Sehr gutes Internet. Garage stand direkt bei Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Nachteil war, die Wohnung ist im 3.OG ohne Lift. Gastgeber stand jederzeit für Info zur Verfügung. Mojácar Ist ein wunderschönes spanisches Dorf. die Strände sind wunderbar gepflegt und landen zum Verweilen und spazieren ein. Absolut empfehlenswert mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Un acierto por completo. La casa espectacular con una de las mejores vistas de Mojacar. Lo suficientemente cerca de todo, pero a la vez en la distancia correcta para ser una zona tranquila en la que descansar. Estela nos ayudo en todo momento con una rapidez increíble. Hay de todo lo necesario en la casa y ademas la zona tiene absolutamente todo para pasar unas vacaciones ideales en familia.

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

El apartamento es ideal para dos personas. Está muy bien equipado, no le falta de nada. La terraza es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno, y aunque el jacuzzi tenía agua fría, fue igualmente una experiencia inmejorable. La zona es tranquila, con bares y restaurantes cerca, lo que lo hace muy cómodo. Luigi fue un anfitrión muy atento en todo momento. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Francisco si é dimostrato un ottimo host, disponibile e le sue spiegazioni sono state chiare ed esaustive. Il ritiro delle chiavi è stato davvero semplice e veloce. L’alloggio era pulito e l’ubicazione è vicina alla spiaggia. Molto bella la piscina interna della struttura, un ottimo posto per rilassarsi in caso di vento forte. Consiglio vivamente il posto.

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

This is a really lovely Airbnb in a great Spanish fishing town. Both the apartment and Garrucha have loads of charm. The owners were great and communication was really easy. They had everything we needed for our baby too. The facilities in the complex are great too!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. Un grand merci à Victor et Christina pour leur accueil chaleureux et la qualité de leur logement. L’endroit est magnifique, ressourçant, avec un cadre paisible idéal pour se reconnecter. L’appartement est lumineux, aménagé avec goût dans un style minimaliste que j’apprécie particulièrement. L’accès au social club est un vrai plus, et la région est tout simplement superbe. Le guide mis à disposition est bien conçu et très utile. Le seul petit bémol : la présence de quelques cafards à l’extérieur dans la résidence la nuit, ce qui surprend au début, même si tout est manifestement bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement ce séjour, et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir ! Aurélie & David

Francisco’s place is located in a very nice urbanization with an enormous swimming pool! It is also close to the beach! Francisco is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do in the area. The inside of the apartment is decorated with taste and is very comfortable. The air conditioning was definitely a plus!

La casa de Amaya es un 10, preciosa, ubicación maravillosa y bonita, cerca de zona de restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado, parking privado, urbanización con piscina climatizada, la terraza es una pasada y la cocina muy bien equipada. Por poner un par de aspectos a mejorar: las ventanas no tienen persianas, por lo que en cuanto amanece entra la luz (aunque cierres los postigos de las ventanas) y, a nivel personal, la cama de matrimonio no nos pareció cómoda, no así las almohadas que eran súper cómodas.

ESPECTACULAR: el apartamento es incluso mejor de lo que ves en las fotos. Destaco: la limpieza, la buena decoración, tiene un muy buen equipamiento, es tranquilo, bien aislado frente al ruido (que es inexistente…sólo se escucha el sonido del mar)…Sobre todo destaco dos aspectos: la ubicación es increíble, a pie del mar y en segundo lugar, la amabilidad de Gustavo (ha estado pendiente en todo momento de todo…realmente, se preocupa de que todo esté bien…)Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos…

David’s apartment was brilliant, even better than the photos! Everything you need to feel right at home. Close to restaurants and right on the beach! David and his brother Steve could not be better hosts, they really want to make your stay perfect and have lots of recommendations for the area. They really went above and beyond for us, the best hosts we’ve ever had for a stay. Cannot recommend this apartment enough, would happily come back and stay for longer. Thanks again for our fantastic week here!!

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

Desde el primer momento que hice la reserva Mar estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada. Nos enseñó el apartamento, nos dijo cómo funcionaba todo. Cualquier duda al respecto contestaba pronto. Destacar su alojamiento, frente al mar, muy tranquilo, donde disfrutamos de la terraza tanto en el amanecer como al atardecer, después de un día de playa y paseos. Recomendable

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en este alojamiento. El anfitrión un 10, se puso en contacto conmigo para informarme de todo lo que tenía en el apartamento para evitarme ir muy cargada sabiendo que iba con niños. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy tranquilo con una terraza muy agradable. No conocíamos la zona y nos sorprendió, muy familiar y con todo cerca para ir andando. Esperamos repetir.
