Condo holiday rentals in Playas del Coco

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

We had such a lovely stay. The view is extraordinary, and the space is comfortable and clean. We especially loved the big comfortable deck chairs on the terrace in the mornings and at night. The pool is beautiful. The whole team is so friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in lots of places with AirBnb, but this place was extra special. The views were incredible. We loved having the beach so close by and the marina with walkable restaurants. Very safe area day and night. Then there was two pools on site both with views. We saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees behind the apartments on day 2 a real bonus. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a welcome bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our holiday! Book this apartment we won’t regret it! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed staying here. Our two young daughters shared a room and really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were available in the house. My wife and I appreciated all of the detail that Grant left regarding the home and the surrounding area. He added personal touches by sharing his favorite locations and the reasons for them. The condo is conveniently located right in front of one of the pools. The beach is an eight minute walk away. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive there and park for a small fee. We recommend this place for any families wanting to visit.

We certainly enjoyed our first visit to Playa del Coco and the Los Palmas area. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo itself was comfortable and as described, just right for two people. Pleasant surroundings and great, helpful, welcoming neighbours. Enjoyed the privacy of the front porch which was steps away from the pool.

My mom and I had an amazing stay at this condo in Playas del Coco. Pacífico is a beautiful property with lush gardens and some of the nicest pools I’ve ever seen. The condo was spacious, clean, modern and was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loads of towels, beach towels, hand soap, hair soap, and all the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. you need. I’ve been to +30 airbnbs and would say this is the most well equipped kitchen. We had a few things that needed addressed throughout the week, but our Zindis house manager, Maria, was incredibly responsive, kind and quick to resolve things. Thank you Maria! We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

Twas a cute little place, fairly close to beach, simple nice lil pool.

I would highly recommend this unit, everything was great!

Miguel's place was amazing! He has so many extra amenities and snacks I wasn't anticipating (we had some popcorn while watching a movie on one of the rainier days). He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We had an issue with one of the amenities but he was able to fix it very quickly and it didn't impact our stay, and he even gave us an extra bottle of bubbly to compensate for it. We were able to walk to some restaurants for lunch/dinner. Also, appreciated the full kitchen to be able to have breakfast at the bnb. We also scuba dove 2 days with Rich Cost Diving (right across the street) and had a blast seeing all the marine life like sharks and octopi. Miguel really went above and beyond by actually offerring to drop us at the airport since it was on his way. Overall, we really enjoyed his place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

An excellent place to go to rest and it is close to El Coco, to buy everything you need, a strategic point to visit other beaches and arrive in the afternoon to take a dip in the pool. At first, leaving the car outside the property did not make me very happy, but I can attest that they do have 24-hour security in the condominium.

The area is central and safe, very close to everything. The apartment itself is very comfortable. I would definitely come back.

It is a very comfortable and quiet place. Close to the center of El Coco and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis was always attentive and we kept in touch even before we arrived. Clean place and all the comforts to spend time with the family. An additional plus, they allow pets

What a beautiful place!! The condo was everything like or better than the pictures . The location and the views from the deck and patio could not be closer to the ocean . The grounds and pool were very well taken care of . The white sand beach was wonderful to walk on every morning . Such a clean and safe beach . The concierge was very responsive and helped book some excursions and a golf cart for us . The workers also set up chairs with towels under an umbrella everyday. The condo itself was extremely comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked . We made dinner there 3 nights . We did walk to Coco Loco for dinner 2 nights and it is right next to the property . We preferred walking to the other places ( Margaritaville , JPs bar and grill and Hibiscus Bagel and cafe) in the day since the streets are narrow and not well lit. We did not rent a car so rented a golf cart to go to the grocery store and drive to the marina . We had a wonderful and relaxing stay .

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for a week of exploring Coco and surrounding areas. We were close to the beach, a market with everything we needed, and walking distance to everything in Coco. We swam in the pool daily. My daughter is 6, and everyone in the complex was extremely kind and friendly towards both of us. The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! Thanking you for allowing kids in your cozy complex, and for making this such a special vacation for the two of us! Would definitely stay again!
