Monthly Rentals in Plaza Area, Kansas City

This Airbnb is really cute and in a great location. Many pros: they allow pets; it is within walking distance of UMKC, public transportation, restaurants, Whole Foods, CVS, and more; has a driveway for parking; Tess is very communicative and kind and worked hard to ensure our comfort; the neighbors and neighborhood are fabulous; the beds and furniture are very comfortable; and there are plenty of dishes and cooking items to take care of meals. Things to be aware of: It is an old house and slopes slightly, the WiFi wasn’t great; laundry is in the basement and the steps to the basement are narrow and steep; Overall a charming and quaint location.

Great location for my visit to Linda Hall Library, which was just a ten minute walk away. Restaurants were even closer, including Andre’s chocolate shop. Loose Park is also nearby and very beautiful. It’s definitely a “tiny home” but that’s all I needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Size with Exceptional Hosts I had the pleasure of staying at the Carraige House. The space was the perfect size for a comfortable enjoyable stay. The rooms were very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed. What truly sets this place apart are the hosts. Stephen and Jerome are genuinely dedicated to making sure your stay is the best possible. From the time I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for their guests' comfort was evident. Whether it was providing local recommendations, swiftly addressing concerns, or simply checking to make sure everything was good, the hosts were always attentive and helpful, all the while respecting my privacy. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. In summary, this Airbnb offers the ideal combination of spacious accommodations with hosts who are committed to making your stay as perfect as possible. Excellent value compared to other pricier options.

Adam was awesome and flexible - enjoyed my stay and will be back again. The gym is daily reminder which kept me active! All in all had a great week and Adam was extremely understanding with a last night change on my side! Thanks again
