Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pleasant Valley, Austin

Came to Austin for the weekend for a girls/bachelorette trip. Really only mentioned our occasion once or twice and upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift to kick off the weekend of celebrating. Beverly was so accommodating and flexible, she allowed us an early check in after traveling in the morning which allowed us to have a successful day! The house was in a safe and private area, Beverly was so responsive and helpful during my entire planning and arrival! Trip was a major success thanks to Beverly!

I am so grateful to have find an eco friendly place that feels so cozy. It was easy to settle in, very colorful with style and didn't have the typical gray and generic feel of many airbnb's now-a-days. The hosts were very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Loved this space! Alicia and as very responsive and such a nice person! Location was great as it is only about 6 mins from the airport and close to downtown as well so you’re where you need to be and in a safe area as well. Rooms are cozy with space and very clean. Can’t wait to come back!

First time Airbnb experience and was definitely better than expected! Super comfy, homey vibes & neighborhood! Definitely recommend to small families looking for a relaxing space to stay after exploring the city all day! Beautifully kept home with vibrant indie decor & lots of natural light. H-E-B is a 3min drive from the location so that was an extra plus for me (: Cant say enough how much me and my family enjoyed it. Thank you Anna for creating such a welcoming space! 10 stars ⭐️

We booked this Airbnb for a bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The place was incredibly well-stocked and had multiple living areas. Everything was clean, comfy, and thoughtful. The host was super flexible and communicative, which made everything even smoother. It made our weekend so easy and fun. Highly recommend!

Kelly’s place was the perfect home base for our guys’ weekend in Austin. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—plenty of space, great amenities, and a vibe that really matched the Texas experience. Kelly was an outstanding host: responsive, friendly, and full of solid recommendations for local food and hangouts. We had a blast fishing and hog hunting during the day and relaxing back at the house in the evenings. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location. Easy to get to downtown Austin, or to COTA for the race fans. Fun to check out the Austin City Limits concerts at the Moody Theater. Good Chinese food at 1st Wok.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. We were able to use the pool, gym and other community areas. It was just a quick 10 min drive to downtown. Drew was quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Free parking and no resort fees makes this an even better choice.

Had a great time here, the area was peaceful and the on-site parking was specially useful as a car is a must in Austin. Tobin is responsive and was able to fix any issues quickly, as well as giving useful recommendations.

We had an amazing stay it was our first time staying in an apartment with Airbnb so we were hesitant but it honestly felt so safe and right at home. Everything was clean however the only thing is the water pressure if you want something that has amazing shower water pressure this place is not it but it was decent. Besides that this place was a 5/5. Would stay here again in the future if available!
